I'm discussing how discomfort is an inevitable factor in all of our lives and that accepting that allows us the power to change it. How good and bad are preemptively created by our thinking and mindset.
Mental Health (noun)- A person's condition with regards to their psychological and emotional well-being. Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being.
In this episode we explore what limiting beliefs we're currently holding onto and where they stem from so we can remove them and achieve our goals.

Self Sabotage is a self defeating behavior we engage in that keeps us from achieving our goals. Luckily, it's self inflicted so the sooner we realize what areas we're sabotaging ourselves in, the sooner we can stop.
When we allow ourselves to process uncomfortable, negative emotions we are able to move forward without caring them with us. Alternatively, when we buffer them out with food, sex, alcohol etc. we remove our ability to move past them and begin a cycle of buffering. In this episode we explore how buffering our emotions hinders our growth and the current concept of addiction.

Is caring what other people think hindering your growth or is it driving it? I personally struggle with this and wonder just what is it that gives some of us thicker skin then others?
