Have you ever felt that God gives bigger and better gifts to everyone but you? Like everyone else has a bigger portion of his favour than you? It can be crushing to think that God favours others more than you. What can you do if feel so defeated? This week Pastor Dan looks at this questions in Ephesians 1:3-6.
Is there life after death? How can one know? Is it for everyone? One of the greatest gaps in the Christian life is a truly biblical understanding of eternity, of Heaven and Hell. Not the Misshapen myths of popular culture, not the misinformation simply given to offer comfort, but thetruth, biblical truth.
We live in a time when many people argue that it is naive to trust the Bible. Even a Great Many believers question its use in our lives. This leads us to question, "Are the contents of the Bible Real? Why does it matter if I can hear the Holy Spirit? What Does Manor Hold to concerning the Bible?

What I would like to do today is I want to point three Things God does to strengthen Daniel when he was at the point of breakdown because I think there maybe some of you here the morning who God is calling through some huge things and you feel like youre going to Collapse.
I love Easter dont you?? Its a great time. I remember as kid, Easter was always filled with Easter Eggs, and Church, and Hot Crust buns, and the church would pull out all the stops, and they would get the epic choir music and it all kind of awesome into a Easter Family gather at Grandmas that could only be revival by Christmas Dinner. It seems like the whole world has lost its marbles lately. War with Russia, Protests destroying friendships, people choosing churches based upon mask policies, has the world lost it? Today we look at Daniel 4 which is a story about a great man, who decended into madness
If Jesus never answered a prayer, if he wasnt coming back, if he werent gonna rise from the dead, if he didnt send the Holy Spirit to gift and enable you for ministry, if he never paid your bills, if he never healed your wounds, if he never encouraged your heart if he just did one thing and died for your sins, thats enough. Thats enough to worship him

Judah has Fallen. Israel is destoryed, Daniel and the exciles are carried far from home and now they are left wondeing, "What should we do now?" In is in this context that Jeremiah writes a letter, to the exciles on how Daniel and the rest are to spend thier days in Israel Like Daniel we have a conscious acceptance that we are not living in Jerusalem, but rather in Babylon. As such, our hope is not in this world, but in the one to come. Like Daniel, lets serve the nation we live in. Our conviction is to bless this land. But our loyalty is to Him who sits on the throne and to the lamb. Jeremiahs letter contains three important lessons for Canadian Christians. First, this is the land of our exile, not our home. Second, it is the Lords will that we should be in this land. And third, while in this land, we should seek the welfare of this land.
