The essence of God’s ultimate purpose in this age is very simple — it is to establish His Kingdom on earth.
What does the future hold? What will it be? Life or death? Gain or loss? Comfort or pain? No one knows for sure.
Are you able to thank God for the trying situations you face? Even the really tough ones? Do you “give thanks” in every circumstance of life?
As with all new beginnings, embarking on a new year — and a new decade — brings a sense of excitement, anticipation, and hope.
How do you handle potential distractions? Are you able to keep your attention focused on the task at hand?
The Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, in whom “oneness” and “plurality” are eternally combined.
When someone asks you to pray about a need, do you? Are you faithful to remember their request in prayer? Or do you sometimes forget?
The LORD said, “I have given you a gift. There are two things you can do with it. You can use it and get more. Or you can fail to use it and lose it.”
