A group of 5th grade students got together over the summer and wrote a song. They perform it here.
Having read My Life as a Fifth Grade Comedian, by Elizabeth Levy, students share and compete for the title of Best Joke Teller in their own fifth grade classroom. They each tell their best 3 jokes, then the top 3, based on classmates ratings, move on to the 2nd round. The winner finally gets to go head to head with 5th grade social studies teacher, the very funny Mr. Weiss.
