In life we get out what we put in. For some of us the difference in being greatly successful and below average is our willingness to strive for more. In the process of more we must learn to fight, battle, & and claw our way to whatever said goal we have for ourself. In the south amongst some of the elders there’s a saying/question when the rubber meets the road, it’s not about if you can or cannot but do you have the “want to” to get it done. Be Legendary

It’s is a common proverb that we are what we eat, but what about what we think on? How does that correlate with our health, is it even important? Well I think it is, we spend a lot of time discussing diets, exercise plans, motivation etc. but little time discussing how our thoughts impact reaching our goals. A positive mind shifts your world/atmosphere. Does this mean everything will be peaches and roses no but your perspective will change. This episode lays out the benefits & consequences of drinking regular soda & diet soda, I also lay out why quality is better than quantity when trying to workout effectively. Artificial sugars kill taste buds and we should lean to more natural things when practicing healthy living. Natural sugars aren’t bad in moderation we just need to know when we need them. Lastly, high volume workouts have there place but if we don’t get quality reps are we really gaining the most from our workouts. Give this episode a listen and enjoy. Be Legendary.

All three of these styles are done as sport, but each one has it’s place. For many players they have been taught to lift wrong and suffered athletically because of training regimen they participated in. This episode we explore desensitization in a system approach, environmental approach , and social approach (as well). Desensitization effects each and everyone of us in so many ways that sometimes it takes thorough conversation to bring it to light. Also, we visit the topic of perceptions ,and how we overcome them (positive and negative). Can perception put us into a box, can it open us up, or could it give us a chance to prove ourself to others? Don’t be afraid to be yourself, and don’t be afraid to face those situations in which you may be desensitized. Recognize and address these issues. Remember, BE LEGENDARY.

In this episode we detail out why some butts are flat and some are plump lol. Butt seriously we address why some butts are strong and some are weak. We also explain how to strengthen the glutes ,and how to get them going before exercise. A strong butt is essential to having a great physique as well as improving athletic performance. Having strong glutes can help in speed as well as injury prevention (I.e. strained hamstring and some quad injuries).

So many times in today’s society everyone wants to be happy and only attract happy things (positivity), but we have to learn to take the positive with the negative and have some balance in life. That’s the brunt of this podcast learning to accept failure and learning to come to grips with the fact that Failure is a part of life, and failing can help get us to our next destination of life. So to be short Failure is an option.
