I recorded this episode from a broken toilet seat in Afghanistan months after my last episode. I felt like I needed to discuss what has happened since my last episode. I’ve gone through a very transitional period in my life. I got comfortable for the first time ever. I had accomplished all that I was chasing. I lost myself, and I slipped into a dark place. I needed to figure out a way to create discomfort in my mind in order to relight my fire. I had to rewire my mind and find out what the NEXT THING was. After months of struggle I figured it out, and I’m back to share it with you all. It’s a new season of my life, so here’s to episode 1 season 2 of The Sufferance Podcast!

Just like Plato’s ‘Allegory of the Cave’ Americans are being strung together like puppets seeing only what they are allowed to see. The truth is being repackaged and warped in order to push an agenda. The truth is so foreign due to the media’s negligence that anyone that tries to push the REAL TRUTH is an enemy. Allow me to explain how the media’s “Shadows on The Wall” are keeping Americans in a mental prison of ignorance. Ignorance is bliss, until it’s not. Just like the frog in the water that slowly heats up and doesn’t realize he’s boiling until he’s already dead, Americans are being boiled alive with lies in order to become easier to control. We are at war with an invisible hand, and turning on ourselves in a blind rage. Don’t kill the liberator, I’m here to help.

Sometimes the nicest thing you can be to yourself, and others, is society’s idea of the “asshole”. If everyone thinks you’re the nicest person ever you’re probably not so nice. You could be quite possibly evil. Let me explain.

I’m annoyed today. I’ve been hearing a ton of people say they are living their truth. Influencers saying live “your truth”. What in the hell is that?? Is that a mating call for self validation? The only truth is THE TRUTH, and anything else is a danger to society. Welcome to the first rant I’ve posted on this podcast. Hope you guys enjoy.

You see....Thoughts come from outside. If you did a factory reset on yourself, you would have no thoughts. Thoughts come from your environment and how you CHOOSE to interpret them. Ignorance (different from stupidity) becomes a serious problem then. Your ability to CHOOSE the right interpretation of your environment and your feelings depends on your level of mental and emotional intelligence. These interpretations drive our decisions which determine our outcomes. Mental and emotional intelligence can come from making your own mistakes or self education through outside sources. Learning from others’ mistakes. Save yourself, pick up a book.

In this episode I dive into Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and how skipping levels of the hierarchy can take focus away from achieving the next level. How being impatient and thinking long term will lead to your building a house of cards, a foundation of mud. Through long term thinking and first things first decision making you can build an indestructible foundation in which to build everlasting love upon. The big bad wolf is coming. He’s always coming. Will he blow your house down?

How indulging in short term pleasures is blinding you and deteriorating your long term potential. How putting your focus on a long term higher power whether that be GOD, FAMILY, or LOVE you will more easily sacrifice the short term pleasures for long term longevity and purpose.

In this game of life we’re given one hand of cards. Our entire being is predicated on how we perceive those cards, how we CHOOSE to feel about those cards, and how we play those cards. Only one game. Time is ticking......I apologize for the audio quality and the loud background noises. I was inspired to make this episode on my walk back from the gym tonight. Hope you guys enjoy.🤙

Finally! It took me a long time to start a podcast. If you’re listening thank you for tuning in I’m extremely excited to share the things I’ve learned with you all. In this podcast I talk about how to live a virtuous life. How understanding the hard truth that suffering is an absolute constant in this life will liberate you! How to live life as a virtuous being who follows their unique intuitive compass unaffected by outside forces. How most depression can be battled by just listening in to what our mind is telling us to do. We CHOOSE what we suffer for, but the answer to the WHAT comes from the inside. Follow your own inner hierarchy and you will create your own fate rather than handing it to someone else. You will live the life you always dreamed of.
