Yes, I said AWAKENING. You are hard wired to desire this awakening for yourself even if you don't think you are. You can see it through the desire to have more. Whether that is more peace, or more money, or more trust in following your intuition or more growth. Your desire is your DNA of awakening showing itself.
People talk about awakening as if there is a flip that switches and you are suddenly enlightened and you stay there forever. But the truth is, awakening for most, is a process that happens little bit by little bit and in order for you to continue the process you need to have the right environment so your awakening process can happen.

Change your beliefs, change your life, can it really be that simple
Well I'm here to talk with you today about how you actually change those beliefs so that you can manifest what you truly desire so that you have a life that you love
I'm Deepa Liu and I'm the Creative Mystic and I've been on this spiritual path for many years looking to have deeper and deeper understanding of the spiritual truth because when you've been on it for a long time there's no new.
It's about how do you have deeper understanding. and that's what I always want to help bless you with is that deeper understanding so you can have deeper experience of truth, of Divine presence.
The beliefs you were given when you were young before the age of 7 are some of the most pervasive beliefs, and those beliefs are beliefs that are not based on spiritual truth. In fact, they go against spiritual truth and that is why you have challenges manifesting what you truly desire.
So, if you’ve been trying to manifest something that you really, really want or you want a life you love, but just haven’t been able to manifest it, yet. You’ve been programmed with these foundational beliefs that are ruling your life and your behaviors and it has stopped you from creating a life you love.
Today I’m going to share with you:
· The core foundational beliefs that are ruling your life and your behaviors, so you don't have to pick out every little belief in your life that you think might be stopping you.
· What do you change those foundational programming’s to, so you have the right programming in place that is in alignment with spiritual truth so you can actually manifest what you desire.
· Then at the end we're going to talk about how you change those beliefs so you can manifest your heart’s desires and have a life you really love.

Have you been trying to change your limiting beliefs, but it just seems so hard to do?
Maybe, you've listened to the experts and you've attempted to put into place what they say but you still aren't getting the results that you really want.
I know from my own personal past experience, if something didn’t work that an expert would say was the way it would cause me to wonder what I was doing wrong or that something was wrong with me because it seems to work for other people.
What I found is when I had a better understanding of why something was happening it enabled me to make a more effective change. It gave me the ability to have more stick-to-itiveness and not give up or think something was wrong with me because it didn’t work for me.
So I want to share with you some of my deeper understanding of why you are having a challenge with changing your beliefs.

Do you feel conflicted between the pursuit of spiritual growth and the desire or need for financial wealth, that you feel like you have to choose one or the other?
I often see spiritual seekers feel at odds with their spiritual aspirations of growing spiritually and their desire for financial wealth. Most believe they have to give up one or the other. If I want to be spiritually awake I have to let go of being financially wealthy or if I want to have financial wealth, there is no time for spirituality.
My spirit guide portal Yogananda wants to share with you intuitive guidance on wealth and spirituality and why you need both.
He says that so many people think that wealth and spirituality, spiritual growth are at odds with each other in fact he says maybe you even believe that if you want to be wealthy you have to give up spiritual growth or if you want to be spiritually enlightened you have to give up on the idea of being wealthy and he wants you to understand he's going to share with you this today that they are not at odds with each other.
He's going to talk to you about wealth and spirituality what they have in common and how they actually help you, how each one helps the other.
Yogananda also shares why wealth and spirituality are not in conflict and why you actually need to do both.

If you think JUST BE means sitting on a beach chilling out and doing nothing or that it means to Be in the present moment and that’s it. You are missing the most powerful meaning that will completely change how you see yourself and will empower you to have the life you desire.
Most people think JUST BE means to be in the present moment and to be in that moment. To be chill about things and not get upset. And for the common meaning of it that is not incorrect, but if you are looking for the true spiritual meaning of JUST BE that will empower you in your life stick with me.
I was meditating the other morning and all of a sudden the words “Just be” floated across my mind.
And I was given a download that I was to share that will empower you to be your powerful authentic self that came here for a reason.
Divine Mother gave me an intuitive message that was about JUST BE actually means to BE YOU! JUST BE YOU - That being you is the most important thing if you want to have a meaningful, happy fulfilled life. If you want to go from life is ok to life is fabulous you have to Just Be is about being you.

Now I got guidance for years from my guides to BE You and I would struggle with it because I felt like I was being me, but Divine Mother started with what being you is not so that is what I’m going to start with today.
Being you is not:
· Worrying about what other people think
· Editing or hiding parts of you because you think people will think you are weird. Ie.- Hiding your spiritual interests about spirit guides or reiki, or that you believe you are the creator of your reality
· Being a different personality at work and another one at home and maybe even another one with different friends or coworkers.
All of these behaviors are showing you, you aren’t being you, you are not JUST BEING.
Just be You is:
· Listening to your heart
· Acting on what is true for you
· Letting your light shine
o So, if you’re someone is silly, be silly
o If you’re emotions and you cry easily, allow yourself to cry
o If you’re highly sensitive or an empath see those sensitivities as the super powers that they are
· Accept where you are physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually
o Physical- how you look, your abilities of what you can and can’t do(share about my inner ear issues, or not having the stamina that I use to have)
o Emotionally - Are you grieving something and grieving could be someone or a pet that has died, but grieving is about a loss and it could be a loss that you have had that you are grieving. A loss of a job or a relationship.
o Mentally – what you need mentally to feel joyful and fulfilled. Ie. I need to have some fun in my life. I also need to be learning. Learning makes me happy
o Spiritually – what you need to inspire you and keep you in spiritual truth so you feel connected and awake in spirit rather than your ego.
· Share your message.
· Allow yourself to be heard
· Follow your intuitive inklings of what you are to be, do and have.
So what is the first step to being you
Loving yourself – My mother of love spirit guide told me a while ago that the most important kind of love is SELF-LOVE.
Self-love is the first ingredient that will allow you to be you. And when you love yourself enough to allow yourself to be you you will transform yourself and your life.
I was feeling restless and unsettled, but at the time I couldn’t say I was even consciously aware of it. All I knew was I was struggling to have deep meditations and staying focused in my spiritual practices.
Have you ever had that happen?
In all of that I kept getting this overwhelming feeling that I should go see this Buddha statue.
My spirit guides kept nudging me to go see the Buddha statue. I wanted to follow and act on that intuitive guidance.
So, I decided to take a pilgrimage to go see the Buddha.
From this experience I had many great spiritual insights andI was guided to share with you:
· My own personal experience of what helped me find my inner peace
· What to do so you get the benefits of taking sacred pilgrimage
· How I went from that restless, unsettled feeling to awakening that inner peace
If you’re anything like me, sometimes that inner peace escapes you and you don’t even realize it’s missing.
There are so many benefits you get from sacred pilgrimage but it is all in the intentin you make and how you do it that bring the blessings.
Often when people think of a pilgrimage they think they have to get on a plane and go to somewhere like the Camino or Lourdes or what I did many years ago I went to India for a month on a pilgrimage, but not true.
A sacred pilgrimage can happen in your own back yard.

When I was in my 20’s I use to hate having to make decisions. I had so much inner conflict that when I went out to a restaurant that had a menu with a lot of choices I would waffle back and forth on what to order so much so that my partner would end out having to help me decide.
When it came to work decisions, even when I would prepare extensively by researching and getting all the information, I would still struggle with feeling confident in my choice I would feel afraid that I had made the wrong decision.
It seemed that making any kind of decision was difficult and exhausting for me.
Do you have challenges making decisions?
It seems you are not alone.
I did some research and what I found was quite surprising on how many people are struggling with decisions and the challenges they are having because of indecisiveness.
According to a study by the American Psychological Association, around around 32% of adults in the United States report struggling to make even basic decisions.
Wow, almost 1 in 3 are struggling with making basic decisions
A global study of more than 14,000 employees and business leaders across 17 countries found that people are struggling to make decisions in their personal and professional lives at a time when they are being forced to make more decisions than ever before.
This is some of the alarming statistics they found:
· 85 percent of business leaders have suffered from decision distress – regretting, feeling guilty about, or questioning a decision they made in ...
- 74 percent of people say the number of decisions they make every day has increased 10x over the last three years and as they try to make these decisions, 78 percent are getting bombarded with more data from more sources than ever before.
- 86 percent say the volume of data is making decisions in their personal and professional lives much more complicated and 59 percent admit they face a decision dilemma – not knowing what decision to make – more than once every single day.
- 85 percent of people say this inability to make decisions is having a negative impact on their quality of life. It is causing spikes in anxiety (36 percent), missed opportunities (33 percent), and unnecessary spending (29 percent).

The biggest challenge I see empaths and highly sensitives have is having a great day acting on their hearts desires.
If you aren’t feeling great about your life and you aren’t waking up every day loving life that means you aren’t acting on what is true for you.
Now, you may have problems knowing what is true for you (and that is a whole other topic for another episode) but today I am going to assume you know what your hearts desires are but you are just having a challenge acting on it.
As an empath or Highly sensitive, I bet you struggle getting what you want to accomplish done in the day? Before you know it you are being influenced by your spouse, your kids or coworkers and you are off and doing what someone else wants, rather than what you want, and at the end of the day you feel frustrated

You get around your significant other and before you know it you’re doing what they desire instead of what you do and you may not even know you are doing it until the end of the day and you see you're not getting done what you desire..
Well, I recently discovered something that I now start my day with every day and it has been a complete game changer of how I am with my own energy and having a great day filled with what I desire to accomplish and do.
I got guidance to start riding my bike pretty much every morning after I do my spiritual practices. Now, I am not telling you to go ride a bike, but from following my guidance to go out every day I realized that I was starting my day with something that was a complete game changer in my life.

What to do when Life gets Hard.
You might feel like life is just too hard and you just don't know what to do to get through it. Maybe, you just lost your job, or your marriage is breaking up or you have a physical ailment that no one can seem to tell you what is going on.
It doesn't matter the kind of hard, it just matters that life feels too hard and you don't know how to get thorugh it and feel in flow in your life.
I recently had a vertigo attack. Out of no where the room was spinning and for days I couldn't get out of bed and for weeks I couldn't get up and do a whole lot because I felt so nauseas and I couldn't focus my eyes on anything without the room moving like I was on a boat. I started to feel like I can’t go on like this.
And then I had an epiphany and was given a 4 step process from Spirit
Come and here my experience and the 4 step process I was given that shifted my life from hard to flow.

Creativity isn’t just about making things or using your imagination to create new things, especially if you are a spiritual seeker looking to grow your spiritual gifts of intuition or deeper connection with Spirit.
When you create on a consistent basis, creativity will transform you and your life.
How do I know this? Because it transformed mine.
Today I’m going to share with you:

And how creativity will transform your life, if you give it a chance.
Let’s get going:
How to be creative :
- You have to be willing to suck to be creative.
a. You have to be willing to be bad at what ever creative medium you are doing if you want the creative flow to happen. Once you are trying to be good you are in your ego and that will not put you in the creative flow.
b. Because what is the creative flow. The creative flow is about being connected to source. Creativity is about connecting to source. Whether you call that source, God, Buddha or The Universe.
c. If you are worried about being good or whether other people will like it, or what will other people think about me doing this. (share my story of creating yogananda for the first time and my fear, but how I got over it)

Step 2 to being creative is to know when you are stopping the creative flow. When have you fallen into worrying about whether what you are making is good. How do you know you all of a sudden are worrying about making a mistake or wrecking what you have done so far. Have you ever done that? I know when I’m painting it can happen to me. I’ll like what I’m creating so far and then I’ll start to go but I don’t want to mess up what I have. Or in every spirit guide portal I create there is what I call the ugly stage. I’m putting down the base and I’m not quite sure what to do next and I’ll start not liking what I see, but then I remind myself the ugly stage is part of the process. If I don’t do the ugly stage I won’t complete it to have the blessings that I desire.

So, It’s all about being willing to go through the process of working with the medium with and checking in with yourself with what are you being called to do next, even if you don’t know why. The feeling of this feels right, It feels expansive, I feel called to put this on the canvas or make this knot, or
How creativity will transform your life:

Whether you consider yourself a spiritual seeker or not. If you are creative and are creating you are connecting with your higher power. If you want to transform your life with creativity combine the act of creating on a consistent basis with connecting to your higher power. Are you ready to commit to a consistent creative practice? A consistent practice of painting transformed me from a nonvisual person to a visual person. What I mean by that is I was someone who could never visualize when I did guide meditations. (Share my story)

I combined spiritual prayer and connection with creating and I began having visions. I was someone who doubted my intuition to someone who trusts what my spirit guides download to me in what I share with my coaching clients and what I share on my videos to the guidance I get for myself to act on.

If you commit to consistently creating with bringing in prayer, and some spiritual practices to relax and be connected you can transform your spiritual gifts and abilities and transform your life. You are a creative being you are meant to create and when you create on a consistent basis you will become happier, more fulfilled and more connected to your higher power if you consciously choose to be connected when you are creating.

Why is Relaxing Important?
Do you have a challenge relaxing like really relaxing, not just laying around watching TV but where your body your mind feel relaxed.
Maybe, you carry a lot of tension in your body, where everything you do you see you're tense.
I'm Deepa Liu, I'm the creative Mystic and I want to share with you an aha I received in meditation.
As I sat in meditation what floated across my mind was BUDDAH WAS RELAXED, and in that moment I realized the importance of relaxing. So, what I was guided to share with you was about how relaxing is key for you as an empath or highly sensitive person in your spiritual growth and having success in your life
Why relaxaing is so important is because it helps you:
• to connect spiritually
• to have a deeper connection
• to receive intuitive messages
• in manifesting what you want in your life Relaxing is so important.
As those words floated across my mind "Buddha was relaxed",
The next thing that came in was that oh, “I need to relax, that I am carrying tension with my spiritual practice.”
If you've been on the spiritual path for any length of time you know it can be easy to fall into your spiritual practices becoming a should or a have to. And with that should or have to energy comes tension.

Higher Guidance intuitive messages are your secret weapon as an empath or highly sensitive person. They are key to manifesting whatever you want in your life, whether you are looking for more happiness, having more financial abundance or finding that significant other

Why receiving higher guidance is so key for you as an empath or highly sensitive person?

- You are more easily swayed by someone else's advice and most people are giving advice that is for the non-empath on nonHSP. You are more likely to not know what are your true heart’s desires because you are constantly feeling or taking on other people’s energy. Do you see this happening to you?
Because you are more sensitive and susceptible to other people's energy, emotions, opinions and their advice than the non empath or non highly sensitive person.

- And The advice they give you will be what works for the nonempath, but not necessarily what works for you as an empath or highly sensitive. You will find yourself struggling to put in place the advice they are giving you because it's not advice for an empath. Have you had that happen where you take a training and it seems like its working for other people but not you?
Higher guidance/ Intuitive messages are your secret weapon because receiving these messages, higher guidance will save you:

- time from doing things that don’t work for you

- Allow you to know what is true for you
-
- Put you in divine flow so you can manifest a life that you love. One that makes you happy and fulfilled when you follow your higher guidance.
Higher guidance, intutive messages from your higher power will ensure that you get guidance that will work for you as an empath or highly sensitive person. This will be guidance based on truth not what someone's opinion or advice that they think will work for you .
Higher guidance, intutitive messages are based on truth and are coming from the ethers of all knowing consciousness.

How do you get that higher guidance?
Whether your call your higher power God, Buddha, The Universe or Spirit Guides it all comes down to you being willing to ASK.
Asking your higher power for intuitive guidance on what your next step is in manifesting the financial abundance, the prosperity or whatever is your heart's desire.
The act of Asking makes you receptive to receiving the answer.
How do you ask?
You connect with your higher power by a prayer that invokes your connection with them.
The prayer can be silently or aloud, whichever way you feel the strongest connection to your higher power. and then you
Ask.
but you want to make sure you ask a solution oriented question?
A question with the end in mind you desire.
now after you ask you have to be receptive to receiving an answer.
This answer may not come as a voice or words in your head, but you will get an answer.
The answer may come as a symbolic message or repetitive sightings, but you have to be aware to receive the message
Act on the guidance you receive even if it doesn’t sound logical, practical or you don’t know how you are going to do it.

Loving yourself is probably the most challenging thing for you to do. I know it was challenging for me and I have seen that it is the most challenging thing for my clients.
Just about every client I have worked with has been programmed to berate themself, judge themself, and be hard on themself.

· Do you criticize yourself when you make a mistake,
· or berate yourself when you aren’t able to complete something at the level you want to

Mother of Love came to me in meditation with the message that the most important kind of love is
SELF- LOVE
It is the key to solving all the unhappiness in your life. It is also how we will transform the world from a place of division, judgement and hatred to one of love, peace and joy.
It all starts with you.
Your willingness to take the first step to love yourself.
How do you do that?
We have to first answer the question:
Why is your Self Love spirit guide so important?
Einstein said: “You can’t solve a problem with the same mind that created the problem”
In order for you to heal and let go of this self-hatred you need to come from higher consciousness. And that is what your Self-Love Spirit Guide will provide for you.
That your Self-Love Spirit Guide is integral in you being able to come from a new and different place so you can let go of your criticism, judgment and berating of yourself.
Because left to yourself you will continue to come from the same mind, the same consciousness of self-hatred that has kept you stuck.
When you have a deep connection with Your Self-Love Spirit Guide you begin to receive guidance on what is holding you back and how to overcome it.
That your Self-Love Spirit Guide is integral in you being able to come from a new and different place so you can let go of your criticism, judgment and berating of yourself.
As an empath or HSP the spirit guide that is most important for you to connect with is Your Self-love Spirit Guide.
Now I told you that the Self-Love Spirit Guide is important for everyone, but the reason they are even more important for you as an empath or highly sensitive is because you’ve been hearing your whole life,
· You’re too sensitive
· Stop being so sensitive
· Feeling like something is wrong with you because you are so sensitive.
· Maybe even hating yourself because you pick up on other people’s emotions and energy.
As an empath or highly sensitive when you develop a deep connection with your spirit guides they help you to know what is true for you.
One of the biggest challenges I see empaths and highly sensitives have is knowing what is true for them.
Do you have that problem?
Do you worry is this me or someone elses emotions?
Do you watch yourself being easily influenced when you get around other people even if they aren’t trying to get you to change your mind you just find yourself taking a detour into what the other person wants, especially if they are you significant other or someone you care about.

- Have a Physical representation of your spirit guide, because remembering is one of them most important things on the spiritual pathe
- Communing with them on a consistent just like a friend when you spend more time with them the friendship becomes stronger it’s the same with your guides.
- Knowing how you are wired affects your ability to know how your guides are communicating with you.
- Knowing their language so you can understand what they are guiding you to do.
- Change your subconscious programming
- Most important factor that speeds up and strengthens your connection with your guides is loving yourself. This is one of the most important factors that changes your programming faster which enables you to connect with them on a deeper level

The biggest problem I see empaths and highly sensitive people have is knowing themselves.
Have you had challenges knowing what is true for yourself?

The most effective way to get to know who you really are as an empath or highly sensitive person is to meditate and become more aware.
More aware of:
· what you are sensing
· What emotions you are having

Number one: Why you have a hidden obstacle?
The reason you have a hidden obstacle is because you have a blind spot. Everybody has a blind spot. I have a blind spot. You have a blind spot.
Why is that?
You’re wired that way.
You come on to the planet where you have difficulty seeing yourself. Think about it, have you ever seen your own face? You haven't, have you.
You might say “Yes I have, I've seen it in a in a mirror or a photo.
But you haven’t actually seen your face. What you have seen is a reflection of your face, and the image you see is determined by the quality of the mirror or the camera that created the reflection.
Because of this you are unable to have a clear picture of yourself and what your obstacles are.
Number 2: What are your hidden obstacles?
Your hidden obstacles are your subconscious programing.
The programing you received when you were a child are your biggest, and most pervasive hidden obstacles. Your beliefs, paradigms and emotional wounds are the obstacles that continue to hold you back and you don’t understand why you can’t seem to reach your greatest potential which is your purpose.

Biggest problem I see Empaths and HSP’s have is knowing what their purpose is
Today I want to share with you:
4 steps to knowing your purpose as an Empath so you can move from surviving to thriving
Step 1 to know your purpose you have to know what your true hearts desires are.
How do you do that?
you use the power of the pause.
What do you do when you pause?
You breathe,
Take deep belly breaths and draw your energy in and check in with yourself
Ask yourself:
· how do I feel emotionally, physically?
· what am I sensing?
· Have I gotten any intuitive downloads or Inklings?
Why do you do this?
One you are probably a busy person. When you are busy you don’t take the time to acknowledge what you are feeling or if you are having any intuitive inklings or downloads. I know the pause is what helped me to see how much spirit was actually communicating to me through intuitive downloads.
Two as an empath or HSP you are picking up on everybody else’s energy or emotions so you aren’t in touch with what is going on with yourself and what is true for you.
The power of the pause enables you to take a moment to check in with yourself and acknowledge what you are sensing. Acknowledgment is the first step to knowing what is true in your heart. Your true hearts desires are what begin to lead you to your purpose.
Step 2 , Take time to journal about what came to you in your pause. You want to write it down because that helps you to connect with what you acknowledged and what is true. You can journal at the end of the day or the. Morning of the next day of what you sensed in your pauses.
I recommend you put 3 reminders in your phone or smartwatch throughout your day so this becomes a practice to check in with yourself so you know what is true in your heart.

Why is self-compassion so important?
What do you do if you aren't being compassionate to yourself?
You probably fall into negative self-talk. Maybe you berate yourself or call yourself stupid because you made a mistake. At the very least you probably judge yourself that you aren't doing somethin well.
When you have compassion for yourself you have more self esteem, more postive self-talk and you are able to make decisions easier.
Mother of Compassion came to me in meditatio in the fall colors of red, orange and yellow. When I saw her in my vision my first feeling was "How Unusual".
Mother Mary had never come to me in these colors, but as I continued to meditate and connect with her Mother of Compassion's guidance came through loud and clear:
"The most important compassion is self-compassion and for you to have self-compassion you have to acknowledge and honor the nedds of your first 3 chakras.
Are you acknowledging and honroing your needs of your first 3 chakras?
Mother of Compassion came with the clear message that the key to self-compassion is you getting honest with yourself of where you aren't honoring what you need with your first 3 chakras.
She guided me to do a self-compassion meditatio to help you embrace your needs of your lower 3 chakras so you can have compassion for yourself and transform how you feel about you.

I was meditating and what came across were the words FOREST BATHING, so I decided that Divine Mother was guiding me to talk to you about what forest bathing is and how it can help you.
Today I am going to share with you 3 things: - What forest bathing is - What the benefits are for you as an empath or highly sensitive person - How to forest bathe to bring you from surviving to thriving
So what is forest bathing?
You’re probably thinking it’s just getting out in nature and getting around the trees, and you are correct you are getting out in nature around the trees. But as someone who LOVES nature and would go out hiking, mountain biking and do just about anything in nature. I always had a goal in mind of what I was going to accomplish.
I would climb huge mountains riding my bike or hike several miles and I was focused on the goal of what I was going to do rather than forest bathing.
When you forest bathe there is no goal you are trying to accomplish. You go out to commune with nature. What is communing with nature?
Communing with nature is connecting with the trees, the plants, the flowers, the stream. What do you sense with your 5 senses from the trees, the flowers, the animals, and as an empath what are you sensing with your sixth sense that you have as an empath or highly sensitive person that enables you to see beyond what you can see with your eyes and ears.
Even though I have spent my whole life forest bathing (It wasn’t called that back when I was a child) I didn’t know the science behind why I always felt so good when I would go out in nature.
So I decided to do a little research on forest bathing, and I found the most amazing benefits have been discovered when they did research on being in nature.
These benefits help everybody on the planet, but from my own personal experience as an empath I have found we get some added benefits from going out in nature.

Codependency
Codependency exacerbates your sensitivities into them being a challenge.

Why as an empath, is it so important to ground yourself?
Because you are a bioelectrical being.
You have neural pathways in your brain where there are neurons and synapses firing off. You have a nervous system that you need to have it operate properly so it it can signal your body to move your arm or your leg or your fingers.
You're a bioelectrical being where an electrical charge naturally runs in your body. You have to have it operating properly so you can move your arms and legs, use your brain to make decisions. These are just a few of the reasons why it's so important.
And you might be thinking as an empath or highly sensitive person, isn't everybody a bioelectrical being? Yes, but you as an empath or a highly sensitive person can easily be pulled off into other people’s emotions and energy if you are not grounded.
As an empath or HSP it's vital, vital for you to be filling your energy account with strong energy and be grounded.
So, let's talk about why it's so vital as an empath or HSP to ground yourself.
You want to make those deposits of strong energy into your energy account, but if you don’t ground yourself you are kind of like a car. When you drive a car if you turn on the air conditioner you get less mileage in your car. As an empath or HSP if you don’t ground yourself your energy in your energy account is depleted faster, just like a car running its’ air conditioner. You will run out of gas faster if you are not grounded.

What makes someone successful?
The person with the strongest energy wins
It’s not about learning the 8 traits of successful people, or the 10 habits of successful people. It is about having strong energy in your energy account AND here is the key to you being successful:
“Energy flows where attention goes.”
You have to keep your attention on:
- what you desire
- your goal
- your dreams & aspirations, your end in mind that you want to create in your life
Because success is the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.
You get to decide what that aim or purpose is. And you need to decide what to keep your attention on or not.
This is true for everybody.
- you can be the average person, above average person, below average person
- you can be educated, not educated
- you can be an empath or HSP
This is true for every person on the planet, but it is especially important for you who is an empath or highly sensitive person.
The key to your success is Keeping your attention on your desired outcome, your goal, your dream, your aspirations.

Because as an empath or HSP if you don’t have strong energy in your energy account or it is filled with weak energy, you will find yourself being pulled into another person’s emotions and feel confused frustrated or even worse take on the emotions of the other person.
If someone is frustrated, angry, worried, doubtful, or negative, you will find your energy being pulled in that direction.

What is your inner environment?
Your inner environment is made up of your:
- Subconscious mind
- Conscious mind
- Superconscious mind

Your energy account is where you store your energy to use throughout your day. If your energy account is full with good deposits of energy then you have plenty of energy to be used for what you want to do in your day.
But the most important thing about your energy account is are you depositing / filling it up with weak energy or strong energy.
Because your most valuable asset is an energy account filled with Strong energy.
How do you know if it is filled with weak energy or strong energy?
Quiz to determine what kind of energy is in your energy account:
- Do you wake up feeling tired?
- Do you need to have a cup of coffee or some other stimulant to get you going?
- As an empath or HSP are you easily affected by other people’s energy and emotions?
- Are you frequently afraid, stressed, doubtful, worried or anxious?

Yogananda came to me today volunteering to share with you
intuitive guidance on how to overcome your habits that keep you stuck.

So Let’s get started on the 3 reasons you struggle to keep your resolutions. 1. Do you have clarity on WHY you are making this resolution?
You need to make resolutions that come from your heart’s desires not because you think you should or because someone else is making it and it sounds good to you. Your resolutions need to ignite your passion and those only come from your heart’s desire. 2. Your subconscious programming is one of the BIGGEST REASONS you don’t keep your resolutions.
Your programming are: * Your beliefs you have about yourself, how life works and what is possible determine whether you will keep your resolution or give up on it * Your self-talk that you habitually do without even noticing * Your thoughts that ruminate in your mind that self-sabotage you because of your fears and problems that keep you going around and around and around so you don’t move forward
Your subconscious mind wants to keep you safe, secure and everything the same. 3. You have to LET GO of something that is no longer serving you to make space for your resolutions
Do you know what a resolution really is? The definition of a resolution is "the firm decision to do or not to do something” When you made your resolutions did you actually think about and connect to why you made this resolution and what it was going to give you? Did you think about what you needed to let go of so you can make space for this new resolution in your life? Probably not. A resolution is asking yourself to make change. Most importantly, An inner change first. If you want to make lasting change outwardly, you have to make an inner change of What is most important and that requires you to look at the beliefs you have, the self-sabotaging behaviors and the emotions that are causing you to avoid or judge yourself. Now what needs to be in place so you can keep your resolutions? As a mystic, a light worker, a healer, it’s probably a phrase you have heard often –
“Shine Your Light”
When you’ve heard this, it might have come up for you, “But How do I shine my light?” or “How can I fully step into shining my light?”
Mother of Light told me “If you want to shine your light fully you have to lead with an open heart. You open up your heart by being open to possibility, to change to being different than you are.
When she talked about being different, she talked about being different in your habits. That your light is already here, but your habitual habits are what keeps your light from shining.
The biggest habit that keeps you from shining your light is your fear.

and the key is to shift out of fear to love. By shifting from fear to love you naturally open your heart.

Rather than call it negative or positive thinking I call them contractive or expansive thinking. Negative and positive makes it sound like they are bad or good, when it is really just how you were programmed.
Divine Mother guided me to talk about what negative thoughts are so you can have the awareness to catch yourself and make the shift.
A few examples of contractive/ negative thoughts are:
- When you complain about something that happened to you over and over and over. You know what that looks like you tell your spouse, your friend, another friend…..
- Talking about what you don’t want rather than what you want

As a creative, a mystic or spiritual seeker you are most likely highly sensitive like me. I’m actually an empath and as an empathic creative mystic I have found getting up early for my time with Spirit has huge benefits in my life.

I was Divinely guided to share with you my aha I had this morning in meditation.
I’ve been doing this program where you observe your ego, what they call your saboteurs. You may have a saboteur that is an avoider, a perfectionist, hyper vigilant, but I’ve come to discover that what is behind all of them is your judge.
You are either judging yourself or judging others, but the big aha I had was when I let go of the judge that was judging myself and others when I was meditating.
This is a short episode, but it was one of my most powerful aha’s because of the mystical experience I had from letting go of the judge.

I was contemplating this whole idea of challenges since I am doing this Mother Mary painting challenge. I was thinking about why do we have problems and challenges in our lives, and all of a sudden the words:
Energy Flows Where Attention Goes
This is a spiritual truth I learned as a yoga teacher.
As I sat with this spiritual truth it came to me why problems and challenges come into our lives. It’s where we are suppose to have our energy go. A problem or a challenge draws our attention and energy naturally flows there.
What is your first reaction when a problem happens in your life?
I know mine unless I am consciously aware is frustration or resistance. What’s yours?
When I am consciously aware I see that it is happening for my life rather than some thing to get frustrated about. The problem is actually a challenge that Spirit is trying to help you learn something so you can shift your consciousness and grow into the next step in your life.

I woke up this morning thinking about likes and dislikes which was surprising because it wasn’t anything I had been discussing or thinking about the night before. But I had asked Divine Mother in my evening sadhana/spiritual practice what do you want me to share in The Creative Mystic tomorrow. So, when I woke up and that was the first thing on my mind I felt Divine Mother wanted me to talk about your likes and dislikes. Everyone has likes and dislikes. When you are caught in the excitement of something you like or the disdain of something you dislike you are coming from your ego. What came to me in the morning was that if we keep living our lives by our likes and dislikes we will forever be stuck where we are. You have likes and dislikes and it’s important to not pretend you don’t have them when you do, but if you want to have more spiritual growth you have to be able to discern when it is important to honor the dislike or move beyond it and do something even though you don’t like it. Trying to stay away from what you dislike can keep you stuck from manifesting what you truly desire or experiencing the spiritual growth that is just waiting around the corner. I was walking out in nature, and I saw a caterpillar inching along, and it occurred to me that the caterpillar doesn’t have a choice in its next level of transformation. It is in its biology and DNA to transform into a butterfly. It’s a beautiful transformation but one that is decided for the caterpillar. This morning, I sat down to do my morning Sadhana (Spiritual practice) and I have this Buddhist saying on my altar

Why do you want to free your mind from overthinking?
Overthinking drains your energy. It is a big waste of your energy and time.
If you feel exhausted or tired frequently you probably are an overthinker. What are the 2 things you overthink?
Something that may happen in the future or something that already happened in the past.
You overthink:
- Your next decision on something you are afraid of making a mistake in. (future)
- Something you did that you felt like you made a mistake in and what you could’ve, should’ve done differently. (past)
- Something that someone did something to you that you don’t understand why they did it and you are trying to figure out (past)
What is the core reason you overthink?
Because you think something is wrong with you or you don’t feel good enough.
You worry that you did the wrong, will do the wrong thing with something you did, or that you will make the wrong decision.
The 2 things you need to do to stop overthinking.
- Practice forgiveness
- Heal your belief that you aren’t good enough and replace it with the truth of who you really are.

What are rituals? If you check the definition up in the dictionary it says rituals are 1. a religious or solemn ceremony consisting of a series of actions performed according to a prescribed order.

But for me rituals have nothing to do with a religious or solemn rite, but everything to do with empowering yourself.

I grew up not even knowing what a Spirit Guide was. I had heard the term but I had no clue what or who they were.

The Heart Chakra Angel sacred Portal volunteered to give an intuitive message this month. Most of my Sacred Portals come to me in a vision, but one day I woke up and I had a vision of this angel but as I was painting the spirit guide I could feel the angel calling to me to reveal her on the canvas.
The Heart Chakra Angel was created from me feeling the energy of her/him from the canvas. I could feel the Heart Chakra angel wanting to reveal itself and be seen on the canvas so she could bless you with knowing what your true heart's desires are and help you to choose from your higher self rather than your fears and limitations.
