Consideration is the highest form of love. It is often overlooked because of its simplicity. But it is essential for our evolution as humans.
When you embody consideration within your own relationships, it starts the alchemical transformation from lower states of being to higher levels of consciousness. And it’s not selfish. It forms the foundation upon which the prosperity and well-being of all members of your community can flourish.
But first...the roots of your own tree (your own family) must first be strong enough to support the growth…the branches, twigs, and flowers. So then it can transcend the boundaries of the self and extend into the communal realm.
This need for deep grounding in the material world not only nurtures our own growth but also contributes to the collective evolution towards a more harmonious society.
By practicing consideration, we can bridge the gap between spiritual ideals and tangible actions.

Philip Goff is a philosopher who argues that the traditional approaches of materialism and dualism face insuperable difficulties. Materialism is the view that consciousness can be explained in terms of physical processes in the brain whereas dualism is the view that consciousness is separate from the body and brain. On the basis of this Philip defends a form of panpsychism, the view that consciousness is a fundamental and ubiquitous feature of the physical world. It sounds a bit crazy, but he offers a compelling argument that avoids the difficulties faced by its rivals.
Pamela Pavliscak (pav-li-shock) guides organizations toward emotionally intelligent futures as founder of Change Sciences. Part ethnography, part psychology, part data science, her approach translates future vision into tangible everyday possibilities.
She specializes in emotionally intelligent design and emotion-sensing artificial intelligence. Her research has been featured on CBC's Spark, Salon, and Quartz. Her book, Emotionally Intelligent Design, focuses on how to design a future that has as much EQ as it does IQ.
Pamela is a TEDx speaker and has spoken at SxSW , TNW, Web Summit, Google Creative Labs, among many others. She teaches at the Pratt Institute School of Information in NYC and has lectured at the Stanford d.School, ASU’s Center for Science and the Imagination, University of Washington, and Parsons.

Now as the CEO of Optimized Life, Dr. Kruse works to help humanity reconnect to the environment, increase their longevity and beat healthcare burdens that arise as we age.
We’re back with the season debut of The Art of Humanity! We have a brand new season that focuses on "Uncertainty" during these...weird times. And what better way to start the season than with a fellow podcast host of a show called..."You Made It Weird!"
Today’s guest is someone who aligns with my mission for Humor: My favorite living comedian Pete Holmes!
Pete is a comedian, actor, writer, producer, television host, spiritual seeker, and podcast host. His wildly popular podcast You Made it Weird is a comedic exploration of the meaning of life with guests ranging from Deepak Chopra and Elizabeth Gilbert to Seth Rogen and Garry Shandlin. Pete also created and starred in the semi-auto-bio-graphical HBO show Crashing, which he executive produced alongside Judd Apatow. An accomplished stand-up with three hour-long television specials and late-night appearances, he tours regularly (when we’re not in a pandemic) to sold-out crowds.
This is a solo episode where I’m reflecting on 2019 and realigning with new intentions for 2020.
Instead of a New Year’s resolution, I choose a few words as intentions – and then I apply them to my life. It’s more about how I want to feel instead of goals. When I align in this way, I end up creating more serendipity and ease with my life and business.

Chandresh's experiences lend to his teaching philosophy, which combines ancient wisdom with a modern approach to spirituality.
A speaker and author, Chandresh is the author of bestselling book Break the Norms (which by the way has a foreword by his holiness Dalai Lama) to help people rethink everything they know about the world around us.

Today I’m joined by someone who aligns with my mission for Higher Consciousness and Utopia, Alexandra Cousins.
Alex’s passion has always been in health and human optimization. From the age of 5 she was obsessed with finding out what was the source of disease. She grew up believing that so much more was possible for humanity and with a deep innate connection to the Christ Consciousness. Alex’s past is deeply varied -having studied Ayurveda and Yoga in India in her 20s, working in some of the top spas in the world, as well as stints in high fashion, and deep dives into the world of African and South American shamanism.
Looking back, she realizes how her own suffering and illness was the greatest teacher – propelling her to keep pushing the edges to carve a radical new way of being. Her teachings are a very unique amalgamation of shamanism, mysticism, a deep understanding of the human body through her studies of Ayurveda and Natural Hygiene; steeped deeply into Christ consciousness and the knowing, that we as a species are evolving beyond what we ever thought possible.
Everything Alex teaches, she lives -fully without compromise whilst constantly evolving and refining the process. Alex is a true pioneer in her field and has the ability to guide people through massive transformations and healings in the most elegant and deeply authentic way. Her ways are simple -she works totally intuitively and with full presence with the focus of giving her clients a first-hand experience of what it feels like to become the embodiment of their Divine and highest selves.

We discuss the divide between fixing the institutions and fixing ourselves - and why the real work is in fixing ourselves through self-actualization, Jordan Hall's Game A vs. Game B and what it takes to be a Game B "vulcan spartan" early adopter.
Note: We use adult language in this episode.
Mitch Horowitz is a writer-in-residence at the New York Public Library, a lecturer-in-residence at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles, and the PEN Award-winning author of books including Occult America; One Simple Idea: How Positive Thinking Reshaped Modern Life; and The Miracle Club: How Thoughts Become Reality. Mitch has written on everything from the war on witches to the secret life of Ronald Reagan for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Salon, Time.com, and Politico.
The Washington Post says Mitch “treats esoteric ideas and movements with an even-handed intellectual studiousness that is too often lost in today’s raised-voice discussions.”
Mitch has discussed alternative spirituality on CBS Sunday Morning, Dateline NBC, NPR’S All Things Considered, CNN, and throughout the national media. He received the 2019 Walden Award for Interfaith/Intercultural Understanding. The Chinese government has censored his work.

My guest today aligns with my mission for authenticity and Being Human, Jeff Brown.
Born in Toronto, Canada, Jeff Brown did all the things he was supposed to do to become successful in the eyes of the world. He was on the Dean's Honor List as an undergraduate. He won the Law and Medicine prize in law school. He apprenticed with top criminal lawyer Eddie Greenspan. It had been Brown's lifelong dream to practice criminal law and search for the truth in the courtroom.
But then, on the verge of opening a law practice, he heard a little voice inside telling him to stop, just stop. With great difficulty, he honored this voice and began a heartfelt quest for the truth that lived within him. Although he didn't realize it at the time, Brown was actually questing for his innate image, the essential being that he came into this lifetime to embody. He was searching for his authentic face.
As part of his journey, Brown surrendered to his confusion and explored many possible paths. He studied Bioenergetics and did session work with co-founder Alexander Lowen. He practiced as a body-centered psychotherapist. He completed an MA in Psychology at Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco and co-founded the Open Heart Gang, a benevolent gang with a heartfelt intention. He started his own business and became a successful entrepreneur.

I figure that you want to know a little bit about me...since I am your host. So, in this episode, I share a story about me and a stranger. I may or may not say the word "erectus." You'll have to listen to find out.
And then...I describe what this podcast series is about...humanity and the awakening of human consciousness. Consciousness helps us to awaken and expand to our human desires. It makes you open to the totality of receiving. And all that good stuff.
My hope is that my guests inspire you to Awaken, to find balance, and to seek consciousness and creativity in the face of change.
