In this episode, Christine and Annalisa discuss the basics of making nutritious choices with your children. They cover everything from appropriate serving sizes, to supporting so-called "picky eaters", to the importance of the language we use to discuss food and the impact this has on young children. They also touch on the early development of eating disorders.
Cassie & Jeanine talk through why limits are important and give examples of how to set limits with your child. We discuss how to approach setting limits, the language you should use, and the importance of being clear, calm, and consistent. We also talk about some things you can do before setting limits to minimize how many you need to set.
