In this episode Wes takes Adam and Eric through the wild ride of Natural Farming techniques from Organic to Bio-Dynamic. His enthusiasm, knowledge and style bring to focus a very complex subject consisting of the different certifications, techniques, and spiritual ways to grow grapes.
The tasting includes the Pinot Blanc and Cabernet from J. Wilkes with Wes leading the tasting, and a final feature of a Vegan wine from Italy, the Querciabella “Mongrana”.
Adam and Eric also answer your emailed questions and talk about the musicians out there striving to make our world a cleaner and healthier place. And Adam attempts to write a piece in the style of Thelonius Monk, thanks to Wes' suggestion.

Poor Merlot...Stop the hate!! It's part two of the "Sideways Effect" that happened after the movie Sideways changed the public opinion of Merlot and Pinot. Adam and Eric take the hate out of the myth and remind us that Merlot is awesome. They taste through Italian, US and French Merlots, each with it's own unique expression of the grape. Adam tries to work out the first song of the (yet to be written) hit musical "Poor Merlot". It goes pretty well....nothing to hate on.
