This podcast is brought to you from the ever awakening U.S of America and is opinion based bringing you discusions inspired on observations, experiences and research in an easily understandable and digestible format. Topics range from spirituality, health, energy, nutrition, astrology, global events and whatever else is summoned by inspiration.

Welcome to the end of Mercury Retrograde with a continued rambling episode where I recant the month of October and the various experiences that tied to the retrograde event including expressions of gratitude for said experiences. Also reflections on perceptions, behaviors and discernment when considering others and how we engage our daily encounters.

Entering the solstice marks a time of increased energy; either hemispher provides support for the other through a time of purge and sustained clarity.
