At the centre of Josephine’s life was a deep commitment to prayer, and her faith in Jesus Christ. Sarah spent four years of research study through Josephine’s writings in order to learn more about her faith and ultimately to write a moving, spiritual biography on a woman who is a hero of faith.

As the founder of Catch a Catfish, and co - founder of Love Said, Anna is a subject matter expert on catfishing. 21.12.2023 - This week on Voice of Change Lauren is joined by film producer Todd Morehead who co - created an insightful documentary on the Palestinian - Israeli conflict in the Middle East. This film entitled "Hope in the Holyland," captures the stories of Palestinians, Arab - Israelis, as well as Jews living in Israel and their views of life in the Middle East. Todd discusses what he found on the ground as he created the film, as well as the events of October 7th and the massacre that has changed the world. He also shines light on the rampant antisemitism in American universities, and invites listeners to use this documentary as a tool to educate themselves and their faith communities on this often misunderstood conflict.
14.12.2023 - The United Nations 2023 Climate conference wrapped up this week, after two weeks of pledges, commitments and talks. With the focus on the phasing out of fossil fuels, and the need to work hard to stop a severe climate crisis, Hannah Eves from A Rocha UK joins Lauren to discuss the necessity of fossil fuel phase out. They also talk about the role Christians need to take in the issue of climate change, and protection of biodiversity. As well as the threat of seismic blasting off the coasts of South Africa and the devastating impact this will have on marine life.

On December 7th, Dana was walking her dog on that peaceful Saturday morning in Cape Town, when she heard her sister Shani was at the Nova Party in Israel where terrorists had descended and attacked the party goers. She set up a war room and for over 9 hours, she mobilised a rescue mission to save her sister. Over 270 people died that Black Saturday, but Shani miraculously survived. 11.08.2022 - This week on Voice of Change Lauren is celebrating Women's Day with Gertrude Fester. Gertrude was a rainbow trialist who was held in solitary confinement for over 100 days, for her resistance work in the 70's and 80's. She went on to serve a term in Parliament under Nelson Mandela, and was appointed as the Commissioner for Gender Equality in South Africa. She has just released her memoirs at the age of 70, stating plainly and powerfully that her faith in God was the one thing that led her through the hardest years.
04.08.2022 - This week on Voice of Change Lauren hosts a powerful panel discussion with author and activist Elizabeth Campbell, Rowan Polovin chairman of the South African Zionist Federation, and Pamela Ngubane, general manager of South African Friends of Israel. They will be discussing recent anti-semitic comments made by South African ministers about the state of Israel, as well as highlighting the challenge to Christians today, to draw alongside the Jewish people as allies.

20.05.2021 - Kelly is a 28 year old relief pilot, who founded a non-profit flying supplies to rural areas in S. Africa. Born in Grahamstown and raised in Pretoria. Matriculated from an arts school specializing in music and drama, but her purpose prevailed and Kelly ended up in flight school. She worked for a charter company and flight school before pursuing The Plane Project full-time. She is passionate about social equality and is currently completing her LLB, with a focus on Humanitarian Law. She has just completed her 100 000th relief drop in areas of need within rural South Africa. Kelly Slingers, 28-year-old relief pilot is making waves in aviation and in the humanitarian sector. With a heart passionate about service, Kelly founded The Plane Project and has flown goods all around South Africa, bringing Covid relief goods to vulnerable areas, as well as supplies for communities without access to basic goods. She joins Lauren to talk about a life of service, flying relief goods in the Western Cape and how things are changing for women in aviation.

Free Burma Rangers director, David Eubank works on the frontlines bringing humanitarian and medical help to those in Burma caught up in the violence on the Burmese streets. Working in conjunction with local ethnic pro-democracy groups, FBR trains, supplies, and later coordinates with what become highly mobile multipurpose relief teams. After training these teams provide critical emergency medical care, shelter, food, clothing and human rights documentation in their home regions.
