Halstan Williams never seems to rest!
In 1975, he became a model represented by some of the top agencies worldwide, and was announced as “Model of the Year” at the Waldorf Astoria in New York City. In the 1980’s, he was internationally known as the “Winston Man”.
He then became a highly successful photographer, and his shots appeared on the covers of Cosmopolitan, Women’s Wear Daily, and other leading magazines. New York and foreign agents signed his aspiring actors and models to lucrative contracts.
To date, literally hundreds have benefited from his talents in international markets, enjoying highly successful local and national careers. He continues to shoot photography in Los Angeles.

Scott Fish is currently a talent manager & partner of Velocity Entertainment Partners. Before that he was a manager at his own company (VMG) & partner at Freeze Frame. Fish got his start in management with Industry Entertainment, where he worked his way from trainee to talent manager. Before moving to L.A., Fish worked in New York as an event consultant seating runway shows for Fashion Week.
