Whether it's Beirut's European roadtrip inspired "Postcards From Italy", DJ Shadow's opening Norweigan prog sample for "Mutual Slump", or the infectious Italian audience participation in Jens Lekman's "A Sweet Summer's Night At Hammer Hill" these songs are ecstatic and joyful, a bit exotic, but only to please.
