Stress leads to impatience, how do we become less stressed and more patient? We can start by calming down enough to recognise that we are stressed.
In the previous two episodes we looked at how pausing and being aware of the breath for just two seconds can help with present moment awareness and calm. To help us remember to do this we can buy a pill organiser from the chemist and fill it with M&Ms (Mindfull Moments). Each time we have a Mindfull Moment we can reward ourselves with an M&M. Let me know how you go 😌
