God’s desire is for churches to experience the maturity, stability, and fruitfulness that result when leadership and care are extended by gifted leaders with calling, character and competency. Those men are to build out a healthy church culture. HEALTHY ELDERS → HEALTHY LEADERS → MEMBERS MEMBER = HEALTHY CHURCH
