Ask:
How do you pay your employees?
Can I get a copy of your insurance & Workers comp?
Are you Bonded?
Then ask questions about CORE values
Do you do charity work?
Do you pay above minimum wage?
Do you communicate with me?
What do other customers say about you?
Once you have these, the company should be charging enough to cover these things & make a little profit to grow.

Eagle Scout, a graduate from Louisiana State University, raised over 30k for the Australian wildlife last January and helped care for animals for a month during the bushfires!!!! Josh started working with Barn Hill Preserve while in college down in Louisiana, studying wildlife ecology, and enjoyed his experience a lot. Then he partnered up with Barn Hill Preserve to bring it back home since he felt like the Delaware community needed something like this too. "Working with animals is a fantastic experience and being able to share it with the community is even better", he says! He hopes to inspire others to support the protection of wildlife and their habitats. OHHH & of course Josh’s fav book is by Steve Erwin. Perhaps, a survival guide?!
