This is a poem I wrote a couple of days ago in a matter of minutes. The focus is the relationship with God early in the morning. A time of waiting on God, listening for Him and spending time with Him. If you don’t start your morning with prayer and meditating on the Word of God, your missing out on something wonderful before the rest of your day starts.

This episode is a teaching on First Fruits offering in the Bible looking at various Scripture in the Old Testament and the New Testament. This principle of First Fruit offering is different than the tithe. First Fruits is given of the first harvested crop. Whether your crop is a new book, a new business or your first check of the year, this can be what you give your First Fruits from.

This episode is a brief teaching about the person of the Holy Spirit and some of His roles, names and symbols. I could probably teach on the Holy Spirt for a full year because there is so much that He does in the life of the believer. The Bible calls Him our Helper, Standby, Guide, Counselor, Advocate and other names describing what He does.
The Holy Spirit is the third person in the God head (Father, Son and the Holy Spirit). I hope this teaching will not only answer some of your questions but will also lead you to search out the Holy Spirit in the Bible to see all of what He does in the lives of believers in Christ.

In this episode I talk about God our Deliverer- Jehovah Mephalti, first fruits offering, thanksgiving and praising God and the Hebrew calendar month of 1 Nisan 5782 which Passover, leavened bread and first fruits are commemorated( which began for on April 1,2022). This is a time to be expectant that God will reveal and show us things such as miracles. Has God delivered you from something or someone? Expect by Faith, a blessing of an abundant harvest when you bring your first fruits of your harvest to God. Scripture reference: Psalm 18:2

There is a way to petition God in prayer. It starts with entering His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise (Psalm 100:4). Repenting of any sin and asking for forgiveness (1 John 1:9) and using Scripture to bring God into remembrance (Iasiah 43:26) of what He has already said and done.
This teaching may mess with some of the things you were told or taught about prayer such as, " Just talk to God when you pray" or people using many dramatic words so that God will hear them. God will hear your prayer without you screaming at Him or being dramatic. When we pray, we go before God in our secret place in the right way. We are petitioning the Creator of all things.
I hope this episode will challenge you and your prayer life and that you will receive better understanding and learn practical applications regarding petitioning God through prayer.

In this episode the Scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6. Wisdom is the theme in Proverbs 3. Specifically, when we trust and rely on God instead ourselves and acknowledge Him in all our ways there is a great benefit for us. God will remove obstacles that may block our way but first we have to get out of our own way.

In this episode I am discussing what happens when people become more interested in worldly things and take on characteristics and behaviors that are not godly which shows their disconnect from God and His principles, commandment and percepts.
The Bible, in the Epistle of 2 Timothy 3:1-7 we read about perilous people and times. Paul in his older age in this pastoral letter is speaking not only to Timothy to watch out for these types of people but I believe Paul is speaking to us today giving us an opportunity to search ourselves to evaluate where we are in terms of being in right alignment with God.

This podcast episode is a brief reflection on John 10:1-6. There is so much to unpack in these verses. It begins with Jesus talking about shepherds, sheep, who is a thief and a robber or stranger. These verses begin to paint the character of a true shepherd and his or her sheep. As believers, we hear the voice of the shepherd that has come through the right door. The shepherd who would die for his or her sheep and will feed them the Word of God regardless of of feeling or circumstance.

Jeremiah 33:3 (AMP) is one of the Scripture I read when I begin to see the numbers 333 regularly. I am reminded when I read this Scripture that God wants me to call on Him when I don’t know something. We get to call on our Father God when we don’t have the answer. I invite you to not rack your brain or get down in yourself but call on God for all the answers you need, amen!

As believers we have read about the kingdom of God in the Bible but have we embraced what the kingdom of God is about? Have you embraced what is the Father’s “good pleasure” to give us as believers? The kingdom is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).
The kingdom is not about talk but power (1 Corinthians 4:20), amen. You beloved of God are joint heirs (James 2:5) with Christ and have been given power and authority as kings and priests.

Dream interpretation is something some people in the Kingdom of God want to be able to do. They want to know the meaning of their dreams. In the Bible we can see dreams and visions are two ways God speaks to His children. Just like in the days of Joseph, Daniel, the prophets and the New Testament, God is still using these method of communication and more.

Colossians 3:2-3 reads,
“Set your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value]. 3 For you died [to this world], and your [new, real] life is hidden with Christ in God”.
In this episode I discuss the above Scripture and how it practically applies to our lives as believers today. I encourage you to meditate on Colossians 3:2-3 and let the Holy Spirit help you locate where you are regarding your mindset and what you habitually do daily.

The Five Daughters of Zelophehad were the only women (all together at the same time in the Bible) who were named. There is a lot more in this reading of Numbers 27:1-13. 1 Peter 5:7 says for us to cast our cares ( anxiety, fears, troubles, worries, etc.) onto Jesus because He cares for us. When we do this as believers it frees us up to attend to the assignments we have been given by the Holy Spirit. Casting our cares allows us to live in that freedom that Jesus paid for on the cross. One key thing is once you cast your cares onto Jesus, don’t take it back. The question is your life better without all of that anxiety, fear, worries, etc.? If it is better, praise the Lord!!! Let the Lord have. He will deal with it. Make sense? I recommend Jesus Christ.

This episode explores and challenges you to release the creativity inside you. I believe that just as God created so can believers because we have His DNA, right? First, I encourage you to go into prayer prior to reading the Bible clearing the way to receive revelation and understanding.
Sometime people including Christians have a hard time not only reading the Bible but being consistent in doing so. In this episode I will explore reasons why reading and meditating on the word of God is important and ways one can discover the Bible. For instance, it might help if you use a study guide and set up a time and place with a friend or family member to study the Scriptures. Perhaps, meditation on the word of God works better for if you listen to it online as you go throughout your day. Basically, any way you choose to read the word of God is good. Why? Because your reading it. It’s important to stay in the word of God so that your mind is renewed with the truth beloved.

This podcast episode focuses on what anonymous meetings (such as AA, NA, CA, OA, Al-Anon, etc.) are, what goes on there, sponsorship, the literature, meeting times, detox, treatment options, feeling your feelings, types of anonymous meetings and spirituality.
I believe anonymous meetings are one way people begin or re-establish their relationship with God. It always helps if the person who is in trouble with an addiction finds their own way with the guidance from a sponsor, counselor or pastoral person. Remember, you can show a person where the water is but you can’t (and should not) force them drink.

In this podcast episode I am speaking about the disciples and other followers of Jesus. I am briefly speculating about their day-to-day life with Jesus as they went from town to town, made breakfast, built fires and set up tents etc. I am exploring their lives as simple human beings with thoughts and feelings just like us, the Christians of this day and age. I wondered about the assignments they were given along the way and those assignments that would not come about for some time. As they were human, I wonder what they thought of each other and if their was partiality shown to some but not others (I don’t think there was).
This podcast episode hopefully will challenge you to think about your humanness and the assignments that have been given to you for the uplifting of the body of Christ and to share the love of God.
