- I was very spoiled and I had a luxury lifestyle, what I was lacking was love from my parents since they were very busy. So I had to figure things out on my own, I’ve always been a curious monkey and learn on my own.
- I always had interest in art, music, playing. In Asia it was considered working class being an entertainer.
- I had to find my journey and ways since my family was not happy with things that I was passionate about. When I got to Hawaii I started my modeling and music career. I got invited to sing to the cherry blossom festival.
- I came to LA for acting. I thought LA was glamorous. I did a modeling gig in House of Blues.
- I had nights sleeping in my car when I was in LA.
- I think God has the best interest in me, so whatever I’m going through I want to leave up to god but still live the best I can in life.
- My book is about people I met and their stories as well as mines. Every chapter will be a short story.
- You can’t fail if god gives you his instructions. Always seek God. We have to connect with our creator to know the purpose.
- Keep that dream alive.
- You can’t be a positive person if you don’t know crisis.

- The one thing that I learned is that no one can do what you do as long as building a niche of what’s unique about you and your personality; I think that’s the most important thing as an artist and creator.
- Regarding to our sound, I don’t know if there is a particular style that we go for, but we try to make as organic as possible. We do R&B, dance music electronic pop music, country. We are a diverse duo to work with; we’re all over the place.
- We have artists that come with only lyrics, or with full songs, most of the times they come up with songs and it’s up to us to elevate it.
- We try to work as efficient as possible because of the artist that are compensating us; we want to make sure it’s worth for them. We work in Logic, but we’ll start things in Ableton sometimes, or Protools we go back and forth. Once the producing is done we go to recording with the artists either in a home studio or a studio of their choice and we do the vocal production. After this is done we start with the mix and do check in with the artists to see if they like it, then we send to master and we’re done with the track.
- With lockdown we do daily live streams to break down songs and to answer questions, since it’s a very strange time we try to keep ourselves as positive and creative as possible. –

- Just create. Wake up in the morning and be able to create. Trust the process.
- Be open to work with other people, reach out, be able to learn and be a creative sponge. Putting the time to master your instrument or your DAW, there’s a lot of resources out there and just being able to reach out to those resources.
