John 8:34 Sin is deadly for everyone; all are born in sin. Rom 5:12 You have to understand sin in order to under why we have to be forgiven. Death was passed unto all men. Four Key Elements of Spiritual Warfare 1. Shape up. Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might (not your own). Strength through surrender. 2. Study up. Learn about your enemy. Learn about the defenses available to you against the devil - the Armour - the Word. Satan distorts God's word, so in order to know the untruth you must know the truth. 3. Suit up. Put on the Armour of God. Stand firm. Truth matters - not a personal thing - your opinion is not truth if not according to God's truth, His Word. Abide in His Word. 4. Show up. If you don't show up at the battle then the training was for nothing. Pray at all times in the Spirit. Recognize God's presence that He is here!

Phil 4:10 "If I asked you tonight if you were content - how would you answer?" Be content wherever you are. This is a learned experience, it is not within us on our own. 1. He never focused on his circumstances but focused on the One who was in charge of his circumstances.
Replace worry with prayer - (then) God becomes the one in charge and not me.

Do more then tell it like it is, tell it like it could and should be. See the world through faith, proclaiming Jesus and the Gospel. 2 Cor 4 Seeing beyond the surface. Are you using the spade to dig a grave or digging for diamonds. See beyond the dirt. Do not lose heart; refuse to tamper with God's word. 1. See beyond the gimmicks and see the gospel 2 Cor 8:12 2. See beyond the blinded - the lost- beyond those who do not want to hear. People should be ready to hear the gospel. 3. See beyond the problems to the promise. you will have problems but don't focus on them keep your eyes and focus on Christ, He will not forsake. a. the promise of power (belongs to God) b. promise of perseverance - cast down, not destroyed; not forsaken; troubled 4. See beyond the external to see the internal. you need to be vocal-speak up! Do not lose heart. Your heart is renewed daily. your trials are temporary - heaven is eternal. Do you have faith? you must see beyond the surface; beyond the dirt to stand on god's promise. We cannot fix what is broken we mst allow God, Jesus to fix the lost and the broken. He is faithful and will fix and heal. Claim God's power and presence. Go where God leads you, allow Him to do the work, be His vessel.
1 Cor 11: 23 Teaches us as to how we are to partake of the Lord's Supper. In remembrance of me - Jesus Christ - this was a commandment. There were instructions given and to be followed under a new convanent by and through His blood; perfect blood. you must be right (in your heart) with God. Jesus left nothing undone which God asked of Christ.

Luke 15 : 1-10 1. Compassion - draw near to Jesus; receive the sinner 2. Effort - make an effort to find the lost; to find them. What are you doing outside the church doors? Make an effort to be who and what God wants you to be; to do. Let God carry you-lead you-allow-be willing-spend time looking. 3. Perseverance - be persistent-follow through-follow up- don't take or make excuses. 2 things that keep us from finding the lost. No effort and no persistence.
