Town + Field Church represents what we strive to be as a faith community and how we seek to fulfill our mission of joining God in restoring all things—in our lives and in our world.
As a "Town", it is our hope to be a place of authentic community. This is a place where you can belong, knowing that you are loved and valued, and also participate, knowing that the mission of this Town depends on all of us working together.
As a Town, we each live our lives in the "Field" where we work, interact with our neighbours, raise our families, and live out our day-to-day lives. It is in these spaces that we are called to walk in the way of Jesus in the everyday moments.
What does it truly mean to worship? What does surrender really look like? Join us as Ryan teaches us from Matthew 8:1-4 where Jesus performs the first of many miracles in this section of the text. Also, stick around for the end to hear a very special announcement.

When we accept Jesus into our lives we also choose to accept his calling to live a restored life that is separate from the worldly culture. Catlin challenges us to look at our lives and to see if we are living out our calling to restore heaven and earth or falling into the culture around us.

When Jesus said "be perfect", he wasn't saying to be a better version of yourself. He was saying give yourself completely over to all that I have already given to you on the cross.
In Matthew 7:13-14, Jesus describes two very different paths. One is broad and easy to walk down, but the other is so much better! Join us this week as Anne Miranda teaches us about Jesus’ call not to just take the normal path, but to journey on the path that leads to true life.

The kingdom is here and you’re invited! Jesus invites his followers to ask, seek, and knock, and in doing so, he promises them the great reward of his kingdom. Join us as Ryan takes us through Matthew 7:7-12.
In a world that holds fast to the refrain “you can’t judge me”, Jesus shows up and teaches something fairly “not normal”. He teaches us that we actually should judge one another, but that it needs to be done well. In Matthew 7:1-6, he shows us exactly what this looks like. Jesus has this unique way of painting pictures that cut right to core of the human condition. In Matthew 6:19-24, he explores 3 ways that in this condition, we can miss out on the best that he has for us. Join us this week as Ryan unpacks this passage for us.
In the modern world, fasting as a means of formation in Christlikeness has been lost. We forget that Jesus assumes his followers will fast. This week, join us as Matt leads us to re-consider this neglected practice and how it can serve as an antidote to our highly distracted and compulsive lives.
“This is how you should pray”. These are important words that Jesus drops in the middle of the Sermon on the Mount. Join us as Ryan walks us through this model prayer and encourages us to reflect on what prayer is truly about.

Often we think we don't have a place or a skillset to contribute to the mission of Jesus. Everyone has God-given potential, and all you need is a “yes". Check out Catlin's message on loving the church and using what you've got to serve Jesus.
Today we kicked off a brand new series called “The Worship Community”. In this first week, Ryan paints a picture of what a true worship community should look like as we follow Jesus together. Join us as we dive into “The Worship Community”.

The greatest enemy to our healing is our capacity for self-deception. Jesus in Matthew 6:1-4 doesn’t want to just expose you, but instead wants to free you to become who God says you are.

To divorce or not to divorce, that is the question… or at least it often is in our context. However, it was never the question for Jesus. Reflect on God’s commitment to his people with us as Ryan teaches us from Matthew 5:31-32.
