The destruction of communities has impacted resources and vendors readily available in Ukraine and neighboring countries. All donations and financial gifts will be given entirely to New Hope Eurasia Church in Moldova, a church vetted by The Ridge who is on the front lines serving Ukrainians across the border.

God went to great lengths to change this through His son Jesus Christ. The bottom line: We can't change what only changes through having Christ in us.

Philippians 2:1-2 Eighteen inches is the distance from a person's head to their heart. It is possibly the shortest distance it will take you a lifetime to journey. Worship is a way we give back, pray to, love, and trust God. True worship requires an open heart. Listen in as Rusty shows us all how we can be creative in our worship.

Exodus 14:1-31 Are you tired of failing on your own? Has the load overwhelmed you? God will carry the load for you the moment you ask Him to. God can handle anything! Believe that His power to overcome anything lives in you forever. Bobby (along with many others) is praying God's message will set you free.
Galatians 1:10 "When pleasing people fuels what we do, who we are, and how we live our tank will run empty pretty quickly" (Wes). Galations says that our identity is not what people think of us, but rather, who we are through God. Bottom Line: Identify areas where pleasing people is priority then repent of them.
Luke 6:27-38 Are you a drame queen or a peacemaker? Jesus calls His followers to be peacemakers. Bobby explains that one major way to accomplish this is to pray. Listen in as he breaks down what I titled "4 Prayers 4 Family."
Romans 12:9-21 Do you consider conflict an obstacle or an opportunity? This week's message reveals how conflict can be an opportunity for you to example the gospel by following these three truths: 1. seek to glorify God 2. focus on your contribution 3. talk less listen more

The woman, immediately after believing Jesus was the messiah, goes and invites the rest of her town to come see Jesus so that they would believe as well. Acts 2:14-36 People share what they love. The question is what do you love. Bobby's bottom line: Jesus has done a work in you so that He can do something through you! What you share with others the most is what you love the most. This week's message teaches how Jesus can be what you love the most.
Mark 8:27-38 Jesus asks the disciples, "Who do you say I am?" Who do you beleive Jesus to be? Right or wrong your perception is your reality. Do you know about Him or do you know Him? Bobby walks us through these very important questions hoping we all know or find the correct answer.

Ephesians 5:8-21 Paul warns the church at Ephesus to not forget that they all were lost at one time, as were you and me. Jesus finds us because He was never lost. Bobby invites those that are lost to fight to be found by Jesus as your Savior. Bobby warns us that being a follower of Christ does not mean we are now on vacation, but rather, we are now part of the battle of fighting for light to shine over darkness.
Nehemiah 1:1-11
Nehemiah prayed for God to use him to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem. He went to the people of Jerusalem, hoping their heart was broken like his from the current poor condition of the wall. Nehemiah knew he couldn't do it alone. Bobby is asking us (the church) hearts to be broken like his that only 20% of our community is in church regularly. Like Nehemiah, Bobby can't do it alone. The people of Jerusalem responded, "Let us rise up and build." (Nehemiah 2:18) Church will you rise up?
2 Chronicles 20: 1-12
Who are you? Where are you going? Why are you going there? It's ok you can't answer these questions, as long as, you trust that God can. God blesses Ridge Church more abundantly each year that passes and we trust 2016 will be no different. As always, we seek to share those blessings because the "Big C" church will always be most important.
Luke 2: 8-20 What you think you would have needed to change before going to see baby Jesus, if you were one of the sheperds the angel appeared to? God humbled Himself being born a baby named Jesus, crucified as the Savior from sin being death, and resurrected by God as God in the name of Jesus for you no matter how messy your life is or has been.

I am going out on a "limb" with this next statement, John 3:16 is at the top of the list of most known verses today but could also be considered the least applied verse today. Generosity is the willingness to give something that is valuable to you that will be of even greater value to the recipient. In John 3:16, God willingly gave up His only Son of great value to Him because His son was of even greater value to us. Bottom Line: "Generosity is not what comes out of your hands but what comes out of your heart" (Pastor Bobby).
Acts 8: 26-40
Many people ask this question, do I have to go to another city, state, country, or continent to be considered a missionary. This week's message lays out why the answer to that question is "no". A disciple is someone who follows Jesus, in other words, to follow Jesus is to be on mission. God has planted you to be a missionary right where you are, wherever that is today or is could be tomorrow.

Church, What is it? a plane, a bird, a flying squirrel, or a building. All jokes aside, church is none of these things. The greek word "ecclesia" for church means a gathering of people. It's easy to get lost in the business of Christmas. For just a moment, we should take a minute to slow down, breath deep, and focus on Jesus and 3 reasons we should worship him and focus on him this season.
Labels lie. They tell us we're not good enough; too fat, too skinny, unworthy, uncalled, divorced, single, adulterer, liar, thief, etc. The longer we believe the label, the more like it's description we will become. Our God however is a god of restoration and second chances. He destroys the false labels and labels us HIS.
Martin Luther said, "be killing sin or it will be killing you." Sin is a formidable foe and it must be stopped. The only way it can be stopped is to have it put to death. And Jesus did, by nailing it to the cross. Part 2 of Pillars serves as a reminder to us, to be killing sin.
Reminders are good. Sometimes we just need a little reminder. It never hurts to be reminded of God's past faithfulness to encourage our hope in his current and future faithfulness. God IS faithful. Do you believe that?

This Sunday we finished the Dirty, Rotten, Lies series with a message about the lies we hear told about ourselves. It’s the dirtiest, most rotten, lie of all….that you’re not worthy; useless to God, and because of all you’ve done, you’re no longer “qualified”.
This past Sunday we finished up our series called From The Ashes. My goal and prayer for this series and all the series we’ve ever done and will ever do at the Ridge is that the word will go forth and take up root in the hearts of those who hear it. During this series, I saw the word do just that. I’m excited to see what happens next as people lean into Christ, elevate Him, and step out with simple obedience.There is no answer to how do you fix a broken dream, shattered life, or unmet expectation. I never claimed to have answer. But I believe God uses those burnt and broken things in our lives as a catalyst to making us more aware of Him and for raising us up out of the ashes.

This past Sunday we took a deep breath and focused our attention on faith. Later this year, we’ll do a series dealing with faith issues but I felt as though this Sunday we all needed an injection of hope and faith from the scripture. So for the second week in a row, we were in a timeout mode; no specific series, nothing over the top planned, just the Gospel and what God was speaking to me in my heart for our people.I always share what God is doing in me through the Gospel, but this was fresh, as in the last week. Most Sundays I’ve had weeks or months even to let something go to work in me before I present it to the church.
