If you grew up in the 90's you've probably watched βI Know What You Did Last Summerβ but you may NOT have heard about the author Lois Duncan. Her daughter is Kaitlyn Arquette and SHE was MURDERED. However, at first her death APPEARED to be a car crash but once investigators starting combing through the evidence it was clear this was far more sinister.

In October 1997, a hunter in Ryan Slough near Eureka, California, discovered a woman's torso floating in the water; then, just a few months later, more body parts belonging to the same woman were found. This gruesome discovery is one of the first clues leading to the Northern California Serial Killer Wayne Adam Ford.
A successful Chicago woman from a big family goes missing without a trace. There were bizarre text messages and weird calls from her phone, but no one knew where she went. This case has twists and turns, it left me confused and scared. It can happen to anyone.
Today I will be taking you back to Fall 2010 when a young couple travels to a remote rural farmhouse thinking they are about to start their new life out by exchanging a land contract for 30k in cash. Unfortunately, that is NOT what happened.
Are we predestined to be who we are OR are we MADE that way by those around us? This story really begs that question.

This is the heartbreaking story of Florida model Christine Kent. Her biggest flaw was being too nice. This case takes place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (my hometown). I saw this story and was compelled to share it. It's one of those stories that sticks with you. If you like True Crime stories consider coming back every week!
