ABOUT ME

I am an USUI Reiki Master/Teacher as well as a KARUNA Reiki Master/Teacher. I am also a Soul & Life coach, claircognizant, clairsentient, a domestic violence expert, and speaker/facilitator and I work with crystals and herbs. My journey has been a long one, like a lot of you, I have had many "tower" moments or the rug pulled from under me too many times to count. Spirit has been working me really hard! Long ago after a traumatic experience a wise soul told me to stop asking why, because I may never get an answer. I was told to look within - where all answers lie - and ask what was the lesson being taught and where did this pattern begin. So I set off to understand the uneasiness I felt inside and where it originated from. I decided to take an honest look, without blaming or judging myself and others and simply observe. From there I was able to find a path forward and uproot that which was hindering me in my life. Everything I teach, I've experienced myself and found that to be a key of sorts to learning to love myself and feeling whole.
