This episode is a brief chat about all things health and fitness related, from calories and tracking them to holding yourself accountable. Having recently completed my nutrition and personal training qualification I thought I'd share some of my thoughts. I talk about the different things that may help you to achieve your goals as well as addressing some of the mistakes you may be making in hindering you progression. I've found that the hardest part of the whole process is being consistent and the best way to do that is to be realistic! Hope you enjoy the podcast, like, subscribe and share x
Different kind of podcast from me today with no guest, just me emptying my thoughts from over the last week. Isolation can be hard and it defiently isn’t something any of us expected but we have to take it on the chin. Every cloud has a silver lining so take this time to work on yourself, build better habits and do all those things you always tell yourself you “don’t have time for”. Use this time to your advantage and give yourself a fighting chance to become a better version of yourself.
Stay Safe, Dan x

In this episode I am joined by Devan Hughes, CEO of Buymie. I had a great chat with Devan with lots of laughs but he also describes the back story into his business, from raising capital to months and months of market research. He contrasts his days in the first few months of the company when he worked full time as a driver, completing every order that came in - now he looks towards the future and spends his time researching and overseeing the company with hundreds of people working for him. Want to wish him the very best in the future and I hope you enjoy the podcast.
Flew over to London last weekend to see an old friend Conor Stone, he talks about his mindfulness course and his search of finding the best way to look after his mental health. Conor talks about the different therapy techniques he has used and which he found most beneficial whilst taking his anxiety and depression head on. We also chat about how social media affects us and how it can be negative to the well being of young people. Huge privilege to have him on the podcast and want to wish him the best in the future. Get onto his own podcast if you enjoy this, I know I was able to take a lot from listening to it.

Had great craic this episode chatting to Sean about his move across to Boston to play with the New England Free Jacks, a new team in the Major League Rugby (MLR). Having played his age grade rugby with Munster from U18s to U20s, he moved up to UCD and played AIL rugby with them while training in the Leinster academy for the following three years. Sean also played U20 for Ireland, but his time in the states could eventually see him in USA colours. Want to wish Sean the best in his move abroad and hopefully we'll get another chat with him down the line.
