The Bromos Jiu Jitsu Podcast Episode 007 is now up and available. We talked with @marklopeztkd about his transition from Tae Kwon Do to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. For y’all that don’t know, Mark won the silver medal in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing along with winning a World Championship. Mark recently began his Jiu Jitsu journey and discussed with us why he began and how he has become addicted to the gentle art. Mark also shared some cool stories from competing in the Olympics with a broken hand (suck it Anthony Pettis) to getting beat with bamboo sticks on the mat as a young student!!

The Bromos Jiu Jitsu Podcast with Professor @keithrowen is now up on YouTube and soon to be SoundCloud and iTunes. We had some technical difficulties in the beginning with the Skype call, but if you fast forward to about 29:00 min we get everything worked out and what y’all will hear next is pure gold. Professor Owen gave us his thoughts on his training mindset, strategies for running a successful academy and what it takes to become one of his Black Belts. It was a great Podcast and we can’t wait to have him back!!

I had a great time yesterday with Michael aka @trapsetjiujitsu @djhanzosteel on The Bromos Jiu Jitsu Podcast. Pretty sure Ronnie and I have found our permanent guest co-host / guest host.
