This is a struggle that clients expressed frequently before lockdown, and something I have struggled with majorly in the past. "Gym anxiety" IS going to be amplified for many, post-lockdown. I can give you all of the tips in the World, but it comes down to practicing and just doing the do - I chat about this in today's episode

RIP George Floyd,
I may not be a public speaker or a politically-driven brand. Nor am I HIGHLY educated on this delicate subject, however, I don't believe that's a 'reason' to be silent. Impact starts within. This podcast is about being better. It's about our generation. Being the voice. Giving a voice. Helping others. Standing for sh*t we believe in.
I want to be better. I want to do better. Small or large audience, we still have a voice. Equally, you can still do your bit offline. Completely offline, if that works best for YOU. I know the majority of my regular audience and listeners are from the South West in the UK.. young.. mainly females.. educated.. have opportunities = are privileged.
Please note: All I care about in this is the message, not the quality or my language or me being lost for words.
