Business owner, mother, author, Grand Prix Dressage Rider, Courage Coach and Unstoppable Woman Natasha Althoff and Grand Prix Dressage Rider and leading online trainer of horse riders around the world Alicia Dickinson, bring you stories of inspiration, ideas and strategies of how to make progress in your riding and in your life, troubleshooting when things go wrong and what strategies you can use to overcome these challenges, real actionable advice on overcoming fear and anxiety, and how you can find your courage, step into your power and live your best unstoppable life.
When people tell Charlotte Jorst she can’t do something, she gallops right past them. When told she couldn’t sell beer in America, she did just that, and founded her own watch company to boot. When skin cancer threatened her equestrian career (she was diagnosed twice), she started a new line of UV-resistant ride-wear.
This is one not to be missed!

Love this episode? Make sure you leave us a review!! The million dollar question with dressage riders, is how to get your horse on the bit? I can't wait to share with you this whole conversation, because it is a topic that comes up again and again with my members of Dressage Mastery and in the riding community as a whole.
