Jon Lamb is the owner of ARkitchen, the commercial kitchen space I currently work out of with my food truck, and he was most recently the Executive Chef at Verizon/Simmons Bank Arena. We talk about his start in food, traveling the country in a Winnebago, and the previous restaurants around Little Rock.
