Just me spewing off about what I see as a huge problem that has lingered for far to long. Racial injustice or tension is televised on every news channel. And it exists. How can we change that? Open discussion? Will that help? What blocks that? Can you do something about it? Let's explore it. It might change our world.
My perspective on starting an open discussion on how to start to heal the the long standing problems between the races coming from their perspective. We need to start by just listening. Really just listening then acting together to solve our own problems.

Spend time and money learning to market. It is key to you growing your business and revenue
Be able to talk to different investors in their language. Some need lots of details. Some need very few. Ultimately, they are just testing you to make sure their money is safe.
If you want to grow your business, talk to others about their money. Start learning which companies provide trustee services that allow you to invest retirement dollars and share that with others. Use your retirement funds to invest in real estate and tell stories about your experiences.
Start a business. Learn how to pay yourself less W2 ordinary income and write off more expenses so you pay less taxes. It's uour duty to yourself.
Budgeting and refraining from buying expensive frivolous items until you can afford them is wise. Credit can leverage yoir wealth. Use it as a tool.
When you get in the fix and flip game, learn what can gwt you in trouble and stay away from it so it doesn't cost you money.
Get in front of the home owner and get the contract. Gain confidence as you practice your skill of negotiating the contract.
Bring on the love. Don't hate others because of skin color or sexual orientation. Discriminate on their bad character or horrible manners. Let's make a great world.
Compliment your people. Cut out those you can't work with. Get your team up and moving.
Write your desires down on paper. Read it morning, noon and night. Add and change them as you need. The power of focusing your subconscious will drive you to those goals.
Starr talking to title agents, real estate agents, real estate lawyers, accountants to build a team you can work with. More power to you.
Lead with value. And you will get much more in return. First treat everyone with respect,espeecially those who have a need. For example, if listen and ask appropriate questions you will find the true need of amotivated seller.
Call 'em. Get a deal. It probably won't be the first one you talk to but as you oractice it will get more and more frequent. Track it and get better.
DIET, exercise and sleep the holy Trinity of health. Less meat and processed foods (none is best), aerobic exercise, and 7 to 8 hours of sleep is the way to better health and longevity. I even propose a more prosperous you.
When you help someone, you stand out from the crowd. So when you talk to distressed home owners, lead with some help, and ask for their house when it gets to a point where they simply cannot save it.
In the wholesale game, you gotta get on the phone. Get over your fears by commitment to talking to distressed home owners.
Sharpen your skills in marketing. As soon as yoi have money. Spend it on marketing. Your words matter-written or spoken.
Keep charging toward your goal. You can do this. Wholesaling as a concept is easy. Get out of your own way and get a houae under contract and assign it to a cash buyer.
Stay focused and ontrack. Develop the ability to say no to things that divert your attention.
Strive to get better. That will require you to be uncomfortable. Your fear is what is holding you back. Talk to people you don't want to. Listen to people that may yell at you!
You are the master and helmsman of your ship! You are exactly in life where your subconscious mind wants you. You need to start programming your subconscious mind to take you where you want your life to go
