As a podcaster, you already know the power of long-form content to engage your audience and provide value. But did you know that you can take that long-form content and turn it into micro content for social media?
Micro content is short, bite-sized pieces of content that are optimized for social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. By taking snippets from your longer podcast episodes and turning them into micro content, you can reach a wider audience and keep your brand top of mind.
There are a few key strategies you can use to create effective micro content from your podcast. First, consider the type of content that performs well on each social media platform. For example, Instagram is a great platform for visual content like graphics and videos, while Twitter is ideal for short, snappy soundbites.
Next, think about the themes and topics covered in your podcast episodes. What are some of the key takeaways or insights that your listeners will find valuable? Pull out these nuggets of information and turn them into micro content that's easy to digest and share.
Finally, be sure to optimize your micro content for each platform. Use hashtags, captions, and other features to make your content more discoverable and engaging.
By using micro content from your long-form podcasts, you can keep your audience engaged and reach a wider audience on social media. So don't be afraid to experiment with different formats and platforms - the possibilities are endless!

Do you ever find yourself struggling to come up with new ideas? As a content creator, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to constantly come up with fresh and engaging ideas for videos, blog posts, or social media content.
But over the years, I've developed a simple yet effective method for generating ideas - I write them down! Whenever I have an idea, no matter how big or small, I make sure to jot it down in a notebook or on my phone.
This simple act of writing down my ideas has helped me tremendously in keeping the creative juices flowing. Even if I don't end up using a particular idea right away, it's there for me to revisit and potentially develop further down the line.
Another key component of this method is actually doing something with those ideas. Whether it's fleshing out a rough idea into a full-fledged concept, or just brainstorming ways to incorporate it into my content, taking action on my ideas has helped me continue to create new and exciting content.
And perhaps most importantly, repetition is key. Making a habit of writing down and acting on your ideas can help turn the creative process into something that comes more naturally and easily over time.
So if you're struggling to come up with new ideas, try incorporating this method into your creative process. You might be surprised at just how much it helps!

Social media marketing can be a tedious process for businesses and how implementing processes can make it more efficient.
With so many social media platforms out there, each with its own set of rules and algorithms, managing a business's social media presence can be overwhelming. I want to talk about the importance of staying consistent on social media. Whether you're a content creator, a business owner, or just using social media for personal reasons, consistency is key to building and maintaining a strong presence.
Posting regularly helps keep your followers engaged and interested in what you have to say. It also helps you establish yourself as a reliable source of information or entertainment in your niche. But staying consistent doesn't just mean posting frequently. It also means maintaining a consistent brand image across all your social media channels.
Use the same profile picture, cover photo, and bio across all your accounts to create a cohesive and recognizable brand. Another important aspect of consistency is posting at the right time. Pay attention to when your followers are most active and engaged and try to schedule your posts for those times. This will help ensure that your content is seen by as many people as possible.
So, whether you're posting on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other platform, remember that consistency is key. Stick to a regular posting schedule, maintain a consistent brand image, and post at the right time to maximize engagement. With a little effort and dedication, you'll be well on your way to social media success!

Reciprocity is an advanced sales technique that involves giving something to a prospect before asking for anything in return. It's based on the idea that people feel obligated to return a favor when they have received something from someone else.
By offering something of value, such as a free sample, consultation, or content, you can establish a connection with your prospect and create a sense of goodwill. This can lead to a more positive relationship and increase the chances of a sale.
The key to successful reciprocity is to give something that is relevant, valuable, and unexpected. This can create a sense of surprise and delight, which can increase the likelihood of a positive response from the prospect.
Reciprocity is a powerful tool in sales, but it should be used with care and authenticity. It's important to offer something genuinely useful and not simply use it as a ploy to get a sale. When used correctly, reciprocity can help build strong relationships with customers and increase your overall success in sales.

In this podcast, Robert and I chat with Miguel Herrera. We tried to meet the day before this, but our schedules just didn't match up. The day after, he drives up in a small white pick-up truck. I greet him at his door and see an IV connected to him. He seems a little weak, but you can tell he is a person that life isn't going to stop.
He tells us that this is the first time he opens up and talks about this. He gets a little emotional talking about the past. He enjoys being called a Hero. His face lights up every time he mentions it and it's for a good reason. He saved 4 people and in the process ingested filthy diesel stagnant water. As a result, he would battle sickness for a year in which the sickness claimed all of his hair.
At 58 years old, Miguel was driving behind a vehicle when he witnessed the accident. He quickly sprung into action, saved 4 children before passing out from exhaustion. Listen to Miguel "Mike" Herrera speak about the events that happened in that caliche pit on September 21, 1989 in Alton, Texas.

In this episode, I dive deeper with questions. One of my goals for this podcast is to validify Robert Espericueta's experience through questions he might have not thought of. Unfortunately, we could not get on Roland, one of the other fishermen that were on the boat, due to severe weather traveling through Texas. For many who may not know, South Texas, where we are from, and Texas, in general, is going through severe cold weather conditions in which they have deemed us a Disaster Area, so as you can imagine many people are without electricity. Roland along with countless others is a victim of this. We have talked to him and he will come out on the podcast soon enough. This podcast explores other stories we missed on the last one.

On this Episode, I chat with Lu Gimello. Lu, Sergio (Husband) and I had an opportunity to head out to Monterrey and create the Media for Beisjoven which is a Media Property for Major Leauge Baseball Mexico. What an amazing experience. She began her professional career in South Texas in Publishing as Editor-in-Chief for one of the area's top magazines. In 2010, at just 26 years old, she was scouted by Grupo Salinas (Mexico City) for whom she designed and produced national print and video ad campaigns for brands such as Dell, Motorola and Nokia, and led the national employee training and launch of Apple's iPhone (4-5). Gimello also revolutionized the way brands educate their consumers by creating, producing and launching the first digital video series of its kind, 'Android World' -- a project created along with Google, YouTube and Motorola Mobility, making her one of the youngest project leaders in the company.
