Says Stuart: "You have to accept the things that are wonderful about you, the limitations, you have to forgive yourself. The only person you live with 24 hours a day is you...."
Says Stuart: "What you know is your limitation. What you don't know is going to get you your spiritual life. You can't open to what you don't know, the unconscious, to that endless energy, if you're full of what you know...."
Says Stuart: "Time is an illusion if it is your enemy. Time is your best friend and will get you there if you know how to use it consciously. You don't waste it. Understand?...."
Says Stuart: "I remember when Rudi told me this, he didn't say it in these words, he said if anyone ever asks you who the teacher is, the guru is life. Of the 100 million things I heard from Rudi, that always stayed in my head...."
Says Stuart: "The mind is a surgical instrument. If you use it properly it really gives life. If you allow it to do it's thing it eats you alive. So in class, your responsibility is to focus your attention in the 3rd chakra...."
Says Stuart: "Nobody has the right to dump their garbage on anybody else. How far do you take that? It depends on who's doing it. If it happens to be your mother or father or your children, you have to take it for the rest of your life...."
Says Stuart: "I'm not a young man any more, I'm not 30 or 40 years old, but one of the things I'm doing is trying to reestablish this meditation practice, trying to develop it, to build it again on a much more mature level...."
Says Stuart: "There is a great thing in the Bible: 'Forgive them, they know not what they do.' Conscious people don't do things like that. Conscious people don't hurt other people...."
Says Stuart: "Every single moment of life is precious. It's a miracle. Once consciousness is expanded and opened you begin to realize this. And we never take anything or anyone for granted..."

Says Stuart: "The problem is that people spend half their lives building walls around themselves because they're afraid to be vulnerable. 'I don't want to get hurt'..."
Says Stuart: "You'll never get free of suffering, not in this life. You'll get to where you can manage it. You'll get to where you can deal with it, and transform it..."
Says Stuart: "There's no relationship in your life where you're going to have where you're not going to get hurt. If you want to be in that relationship you have to forgive that person, and that's unconditional love..."
Says Stuart: "Detachment is an important part of any spiritual practice. I would say that most of the problems we have is because of all the attachments we have in life..."
Says Stuart: "So meditation, the first thing it teaches is patience. When you begin to realize you are up against all that mystery and and yourself it's a constant unfolding of consciousness..."
Says Stuart: "We have incredible tendency to blame everyone for what's wrong with us, not ever accepting full responsibility that we are the problem...."
Says Stuart: "The desire for anything means you have to move forward. You really have to free yourself of the things that are keeping you from getting there..."
Says Stuart: "The moment you behin to consciously live your life in the present you've really have let go of the whole fantasy-world of living, all the maya. It just vanishes..."
Says Stuart: "People today don't live within their means in any way. They spiritually don't live within their means, they don't energy-wise live within their means..."
Says Stuart: "If you quiet the mind you suddenly eliminate right and wrong. You suddenly stop judging the world. You suddenly can look at the world and you see harmony and balance..."

Says Stuart: "Sexual Energy has a real purpose in meditation. It's a very important aspect to meditation. That energy transforms all the lower elements in your life into a spiritual life..."
Says Stuart: "I saw an exhibition yesterday and there was a fasting Buddha in this exhibition. The need to go deep was so great he was ready to give up his entire body...."
Says Stuart: "Your Higher Self is above you,it's below you, it's inside you, it's everywhere. Your Higher Self is your capacity to raise your consciousness to where it's connected to Spirit or God..."

Says Stuart: "I've know a lot of rich people in my life, filthy rich people. And I've never met a happy person amongst any of them. I'm not putting them down, some of them were nice people I use to have dinner with them..."
Says Stuart: "A Teacher-Student relationship only works if both of them want to get to God. If one of them is there because they like the teacher or the teacher likes the student, or if there's some sexual thing, or the food's good, a great social life..."
Says Stuart: "It's very smart to use what's given to work on yourself to continue to grow. And never assume that you arrive. Because the second you assume you've arrived you life is really over. You just level off..."
Says Stuart: "When you have a spiritual life, nothing and no one intimidates you. They don't. You don't care if people think what you're doing is right or wrong. It simply doesn't matter what another person's opinion is of you..."

Says Stuart: "Wisdom is a very generic word. It's something we all need to live with. There are no 2 people who will manifest wisdom in exactly the same way. No 2 people will be channels for that type of energy in a way that are alike..."
Says Stuart: "There are so many things wrong with us who needs it? Instead of evaluating I transform. I bring all the crap in me and bring it into the third chakra, turn it into chi, then draw it through the sexual area and activate Kundalini..."
Says Stuart: "What we're trying to do is evolve our consciousness to a transcendental level, and that means that we get outside the realms of time and space. We realize that time and space, we're limited to what the mind can comprehend..."
Says Stuart: "We use to climb up the mountain to that airplane crash site up near Hunter Mountain, there were little blue markers that would take us up the path. And for some reason the path went right past where the airplane crash was. Well we have thpse little blue markers within ourselves...."
Says Stuart: "When you do inner work and you're really working to have a spiritual life, there is no goal. How can there be an ultimate goal when what you're doing is connecting to energy that has no limitation?..."
Says Stuart: "I think the best use of mind in everyday work is the same use of mind in this meditation class. If you are focused here throughout the day it means what's working for you is chi. It means when you have to deal with people and all their stuff there will be clarity in dealing with them..."
Says Stuart: "Sexual energy is not Kundalini energy. Sexual energy feeds Kundalini energy when it's used consciously. Sexual energy is the area on a human being where the human begins to transform itself to the spiritual..."
Says Stuart: "Promiscuity defines itself. A promiscuous person is someone who bounces from bed to bed, and has no commitment inside to loving somebody, but is simply the act of bouncing from bed to bed. I use promiscuity as a metaphor, that we bounce from meditation group to meditation group..."
Says Stuart: "What you are going through, bring it all down into the third chakra. You have to use every experience that happens to you to build balance and more foundation. You have to understand that you are going through a process like this of death and rebirth..."
Says Stuart, speaking to a student: "When you called up a hundred million years ago, shall I adopt my child and I said yes, would you afraid to call me up? You did it. Look what happened. It saved your life..."
Says Stuart: "The aum sound is basically the sound of creative energy. It is always there, it is always with us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When I was a kid I would lie in bed and would hear this high-pitched electronic sound. I would be listening, and where was it coming from?..."
Says Stuart: "The way to stop the complaining is to be grateful. You can set through a class where the energy is this strong and it can nurture you, it can feed you, and you can come out of this class like the beginning of a great romance..."
Says Stuart: "There is a child in every human being that has run away from home. Mostly children run away from home because they are unhappy, the environment is lousy, the parent are not happy, they're fighting all the time, a lopt of trouble at home. We have a child that lives in us also..."
Says Stuart: "It's very healthy to recognize we have impurities and that we're here to work on ourselves to grow. As you grow your chemistry gets more and more refined, deeper, and less involved in your neurosis and anxiety..."
Says Stuart: "I am here to give, that's what I am here to do. I'm like a cow. You've gotta milk the cow. And the more you ask and the deeper you go in yourself, the deeper your need the more it demands that I grow and provide the energy, the shakti..."
Says Stuart: "Compassion is alway about doing for other people. Compassion is the Holy Ghost. It's your communion with life. You communion with anger, your communion with unhappiness. If you commune with life with compassion the language you are speaking is the highest language on the earth..."
Says Stuart: "Patience is a big one. All day long stuff comes at you. If you're not centered, you won't have patience..."
Says Stuart: "The only thing that can hurt you in your life is your lack of trust. Because then you approach everybody with a shield. And you're going to be involved in a fight. First of all you've got to trust yourself. You have to trust your own life..."
Says Stuart: "When you don't try, you die. But there is the intelligent use of trying. When you try consciously, it means you use all the tools you have to open inside in a way where they work. You become a master of yourself..."
Says Stuart: "I promise you there isn't a person in this room, it could be in 10 minutes, it could be this moment, it could be in 3000 lifetimes, that not going to have to make this step towards commitment to a spiritual life..."
Says Stuart: "On the way in here Kris and I were talking about different aspects of, not so much meditation but really wanting to get to God. There is a real difference. Meditation, as I've often said is the gym. But the whoile commitment to having a spiritual life is very different..."

Says Stuart: "The world around us is our guru. We are given a teacher from the moment we're born. Then you've got to go to some guru, in quotes, in a physical body in order to learn how to open deep enough inside to let life be your teacher..."
Says Stuart: "No matter whom I work with so many of the problems that people have evolve around the heart center. Every time I touch someone between the shoulders they practically bounce across the room..."
Says Stuart: "Generally when a cycle comes to an end there is going to be a lot of chaos inside you. There's going to be a lot of disruption and it's going to affect you deeply..."
Says Stuart: "The only reason that people are not enlightened in this lifetime is that they don't allow themselves to be enlightened. The real battle with becoming One with God is inside every human being..."
Says Stuart: "You're alive for God's sake, you go out in the world and you have a cab driver who's a lunatic, you have this, a person who tries to rip you off. It's life, what are you going to do? It's going to affect you..."
Says Stuart: "I know all these people do these readings based on the Akashic records and what your life is suppose to be, and frankly I would think that whatever you're told your life is suppose to be you better surrender it..."
Says Stuart: "Use that lightness of being, that opening in the heart, that consciousness that you don't have to plow your way through, you don't have to force your way through the situation. It's that refinement of energy that has a lightness about it..."
Says Stuart: "My first experience with kundalini was probably on an LSD trip. When I got finished with it, I said Stuart, unless you learn how to grow and find somebody who can teach you about this, this is going to kill you..."
Says Stuart: "Basically, we're born, we live, we die. We come here, we spend an alloted amount of time that we spend here, and we leave. We're guests. This planet is still here when we go. We come and we go. The terrible thing is, we come, and what a mess we make..."
Says Stuart: "Can I honestly tell you something? If you do this meditation deeply you will let go of so much garbage, you're not even going to know what you're going to let go of. But one day you're going to be walking around with a lightness of being..."
Says Stuart: "Transformation is tantric yoga. That's what tantric yoga is. It has to do with sexual energy, but that's where transformation takes place, in the sexual chakra. And by consciously drawing energy through that chakra you literally are transforming the human level of your life into a spiritual life...."
Says Stuart: "Look, this meditation defies everything. It would put half the therapists and doctors out of business, this meditation, if people would do it with great depth and properly, because it's a shortcut to get to your spiritual enlightenment..."
Says Stuart: "You can never know spirit. How do you know it? it's so far outside human comprehension that the very idea of knowing it is almost an impossibility. You can become, because you evolve to where your whole life is spirit. You know it, you're living it, you become a living manifestation of spiritual energy on the earth..."
Says Stuart: "Yes, it's good to be aware of who you are, your limitations and problems. But at the same time you can work out many of the things that are blocking you inside without knowing what you are getting rid of by just drawing the energy inside, opening up, you can free yourself of a lot of stuff that you don't even know what it is, but it's there..."
Says Stuart: "You want a spiritual life, you've made a commitment on some level to do the most difficult thing there is to do on the earth. There is nothing harder than building a connection in yourself to God or Higher Energy in the Universe..."
Says Stuart: "All spiritual work is about cleaning up all the garbage inside us. And it's a lifetime's work. It's not just a couple of weeks. That's one of the problems with people today, everybody thinks I'll take a meditation class once every two weeks. And the amount of tension and the amount of garbage inside people, and to get rid of all that garbage is a lifetime's work..."
Says Stuart: "One of the difficulties in doing what we practice is that the rationale or reason of it is exactly opposite of whatever we've been taught from the day we were born. The reasoning in this work is that there is no reasoning..."
Says Stuart: "How can you sustain anything in life? You have to be doing it long enough to become a master at it. And this is no different. The way you sustain this kind of energy and keep it in your daily life is by doing it every day, building a system that's capable of sustaining it..."
Says Stuart: "We all have will. And it depends on how you use your will. If you use your will to manipulaye other people, to get rich, power, all that stuff, then it all pours out of you. The substance, the essence of your being poured into maya, illusion..."
Says Stuart: "After meditation one day [Rudi] said 'I'm having a group of people upstairs if you want to come up", and I said 'Yeah!' He hugged me and invited me up to his apartment, and I think I had been studying with him for a month. And I went up there and everyone was sitting, and he was sitting on that chair, and he was sitting there in half-lotus position, and he was tossing shakti at everybody..."
Says Stuart: "The feminine energy is the energy of receiving. It's the energy of the earth. It receives, and then it gives birth, it produces that way..."
Says Stuart: "For whatever reason I have a very innate capacity to let go of just about anything. Except my connection with God. And it works for me. I find that the real nourishment I get in my life comes from the openness in myself to the higher force of energy in the Universe..."
Says Stuart: "The first thing I use my mind for is to open the center of balance in myself, that's the first thing. I know when I'm not centered, there's no balance, it means my mind is not working properly..."
Says Stuart: "What's wrong with women? Love them and understand that once you get involved, you'll have to deal with women. Once they get involved with you, they're going to have to deal with you..."
Says Stuart: "It's your responsibility in practicing this meditation to draw energy through the sexual area. One of the major problems in the evolution of inner consciousness is the congestion in the sexual area..."
