Aleisha Deane is a dietitian in Newcastle, NSW and works with individuals and couples to improve their chances of falling pregnant with simple nutrition and lifestyle changes. Aleisha’s interest in this area came from her own experience trying to conceive and it being less straightforward than she had imagined. In this episode we cover:🎙 the role of diet in fertility/conception🎙 optimising your diet to improve fertility🎙 what should be avoided when trying to conceive or while pregnant🎙 how to use diet to cope with common symptoms in pregnancy such as nausea, vomiting, and constipation🎙 plus aleisha answers a whole bunch of listener questions!Resources:💻 aleisha’s website: addietitian.com💻 aleisha on Instagram: @aleishadeane.dietitian💻 foodauthority.nsw👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇Things you need to know & places you need to go!📸 Check out our instagram pagehttps://www.instagram.com/uteryou.uterme.uterus/📸 Check out our facebook pagehttps://www.facebook.com/uteryou.uterme.uterus/📸 Join our facebook grouphttps://www.facebook.com/groups/uteryou.uterme.uterus⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Feel like giving us a good review if you like the show (if you listen on Apple Podcasts)?🛑This podcast is for entertainment and general info/discussion only. Carinya gives us insights into what it is actually like going through the motions of infertility – from trying to fall pregnant naturally, to the medical investigations required to work out why they weren’t having success, to the realisation they needed IVF + ICSI.Carinya shares her experiences and knowledge around pregnancy, birth, IVF and parenting on her blog: www.thebirthingjourney.comPlease keep in mind that Carinya has generously told us her personal story.
