Lauren Gardner grew up a big time sports fan in Denver, Colorado where some of her earliest memories were of cheering for the Broncos, Avalanche and Rockies and playing softball.

Her love for the game continued as she went on to be an All Conference Softball player and was Captain of her High School dance team. After graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Political Science degree, Gardner went on to become a Denver Broncos Cheerleader. As an intern at Fox Sports Rocky Mountain and Mile High Sports Magazine she learned more about her passion for sports and broadcasting.  

She went on to appear on Altitude Sports Network, CBS Sports, AT&T SportsNet, Fox Sports Ohio, MTV2, NHL Network, ESPN and the Smithsonian Channel where she covered NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, College Football, College Basketball and multiple Super Bowls. Lauren was then the host of the nationally syndicated Fantasy Football Hour and hosted pre and post game shows for the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Nuggets.

Lauren is currently a host and reporter for DAZN, NHL Network and MLB Network.
