Red Maryland
Red Maryland is Maryland’s Conservative Voice. Since 2007, we have been Maryland’s leader in Conservative news, analysis, opinion, and new media. Our work has been featured in The Baltimore Sun, the Washington Post, the Frederick News Post, RedState.com and many other outlets. Our team members have appeared on WBAL-TV and Maryland Public Television as well as WBAL, WEAA, WCBM, WMAL, WGMD, NRANews.com, and many other radio stations.
In 2011, we launched The Red Maryland Network, Maryland’s only conservative radio network, which features news, commentary, and opinion. We also produce Maryland’s only radio news show dedicated to Maryland government and politics, The Red Maryland News Hour.
The Frederick News-Post has called Red Maryland “the state’s most respected conservative voice.”
We have been recognized by The Washington Post as one of Maryland’s most influential blogs in every list they have compiled (2008, 2009, 2011 and 2013).
In 2014, former Red Maryland Editor Mark Newgent was presented the Andrew Breitbart Award for Citizen Journalism by the Heritage Foundation and the Franklin Center.
