As part of our AVIVA Community Fund project, we are running a series of short podcasts based around the collections, which features audio description of objects for the visually impaired. However everyone can enjoy these podcasts as a visual and historical look at some of our gems from the collection.

The first one details the oil painting by renowned artist Gwen John and is entitled Landscape At Tenby With Figures, an early work of her home town of Tenby.

A forty minute podcast looking at the life and work of renowned and infamous Welsh poet Dylan Thomas.  The piece was taken from a performance work written by the Tenby Museum Curator Mark Lewis and recorded by Mark and his wife Emma during lockdown in 2020.   The beautiful background music is courtesy of the acoustic Tenby band, Lucky 12, from their debut album of original songs Into The Light (released in 2019).
