After having some time off recording I feel so so excited to offer this brilliant conversation with Tiarnie Vidler! I first met Lauren Verona years ago as our children went the same Kindy and I started at Zenko Yoga (so funny as we also discuss people tend to go to yoga studios when they first move somewhere) I remember talking with her and noticing how much Lauren really paid attention to everything I was saying, looking me directly in the eye into my soul.

Nikki Ayres is one of my mentors, a leader, a teacher, a super power and a girlfriend. I first watched Nikki on the gram and was blown away with her energy, I knew I would want to work with her one day. When the call came to join the Align Group last year I hesitated, I held back and a lot of fear came in but I knew that meant I had to do it!
