In this episode we will be discussing about 2 certain issues that have been on the rise during this quarantine, Anxiety and body dysmorphia. We will discuss ways to cope with it, what to avoid and when we should get help :) We will not go into a lot of detail but we will discuss from personal stories and I will hopefully get a longer episode about each issue coming soon! (and hopefully with my mom)

When we think about seeking discomfort and finding ways to face our fears the first thing we think of is Fear Factor. (or at least I do.) What if we start saying no to letting fear control our life? It's easy and it begins in the comfort of our homes :) This podcast talks about how we can challenge our mental barrier in an affordable and safe way.
