In this episode we have the honour of interviewing Ann DeLuca who is a Women's Confidence Coach and Author.

Ann has a long history in the pharmaceutical industry spanning 25 years across a couple of organizations, always on the medical side of the business. She started her career at GSK in the Clinical Supplies department and left her career in pharma in 2015 as the Manager of Patient Safety for AstraZeneca. Her leaving was a process that started late in 2013 when she had an epiphany – it was no longer about her role as a subject matter expert in Patient Safety somehow, over time it had become about the people. Coaching and mentoring them. It was then that she started her journey towards coaching.

She is a CTI certified coach, a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, and a Certified Resilience Coach. She is the author of two published books: Her first book, “The Wisdom of the Sticky Note” published in 2020 is a collection of quotes and reflections designed to move you from fear and self-doubt towards courage and self-trust. Her second book: “You’re Stuck…Now What?” published in 2021 is a collection of notes and quotes designed to create momentum in bite-sized pieces. Both are available on Amazon, and have recently in 2023 been updated.

As a Women’s Confidence Coach, she helps her clients hear their own voice, tap into their own skills, strengths and capabilities and reconnect them with the confidence they already have deep inside them so they can show up in the world with their best stuff. Work she never takes for granted.

In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing Sonia Mondino, Chef and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who is passionate about helping people create a stronger connection with one's health and wellness in an approachable way.

With a background in culinary arts and integrative nutrition, her vision is to support others to nourish, heal, and thrive in their everyday lives.

Her passion for cooking started at a young age growing vegetables with Nonno (grandpa in Italian), cooking with Mom and Nonna (grandma) - there was always a fascination around food. Every meal she ate, there was love and a story behind it.

Sonia graduated from George Brown College, receiving her Diploma in Culinary Management with Honours, which led her to work in some of the top restaurants in the city. At the age of 24, Sonia opened her first restaurant - Pray Tell. As an award- winning chef, her passion for food soared, but her mental and physical health did not. While working endless hours, she realized the importance of health, wellness and time in her daily life. Seeing how being “healthy” isn’t just the food you consume but your life as a whole, led Sonia to further study another passion of hers which is Integrative Nutrition. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, she is able to understand how it is not just the food that you consume, but also the nourishment we get through our surroundings.

In Sonia's spare time, she enjoys exploring nature, strength + conditioning training, outdoor activities, creative arts and she is learning woodworking. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and her best buddy Tama (her bunny).

Check out Sonia's website www://soarwithsonia.com for more information on how to reach her and what she offers.
