This week's episode is with Taylor Bishop. Taylor is a freshman at the University of Oklahoma and the current Miss Sooner State. Taylor is the founder of “Digging DEEPer into Diversity,” a social impact initiative that empowers individuals of all ages to dig DEEPer into diversity by discovering the issues faced by marginalized communities, evaluating their own awareness, educating themselves, and participating in solutions that help us secure better prospects for future generations. As a bi-racial young woman, she has been affected by the realities of racism. These experiences prompted her to encourage active, candid conversations about race and difference. She began her advocacy at 12 years old and has partnered with different organizations over the years like the Spero Project, Black Lives Matter OKC, Poetry and Chill, and Rose State College. This June, she will vie for the job of Miss Oklahoma at the Miss Oklahoma competition hosted at the River spirit resort in Tulsa.

This week's episode is with Alice Young. Alice is the owner and CEO of Brown O’Haver Oklahoma which has been adjusting claims on behalf of the consumer since 2006. Brown O’Haver donates 5% of its yearly income and volunteers for local nonprofits throughout the year. Alice is an officer for the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters. She was a volunteer for CASA (court-appointed special advocates) for over 10 years. She joined Le Monde’s board in December 2020. Alice earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Southern Utah University in 2002. Her two daughters attend Le Monde and her son is currently an educator in South Korea.

This week's episode is with Heather Smith. Heather is the Co-Founder, President, and newly appointed Chief Visionary Officer of StoryFlie and is paving the way for a new generation of storytelling. Heather’s love for storytelling was born when she found herself creating Holocaust remembrance exhibits that traveled to Jewish Community Centers across the country and even the United Nations. She believed the stories of Holocaust survivors were so important to capture for generations to come that she began to reimagine the storytelling experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI). She saw video as the new medium for human interaction long before we even had FaceTime. She knew the next wave for communication was going to be through video. With a passion for the project, Heather set out to create Conversa, the AI engine that drives the StoryFile platform where people can talk to a pre-recorded video as if the individual is there in front of you. At the heart of Heather’s work is the underlying need to share, preserve, and experience the stories of humanity. Heather’s work has been featured on NBC’s The Today Show, The New Yorker, and on BBC. She and her husband Stephen live in the Los Angeles area and are big football fans.

This week's episode is with Dave Willis. Dave began his tenure at Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) as executive vice president/chief operations officer in 2008. Before accepting the position at TFCU and moving to Oklahoma, Dave was with Kitsap Credit Union in Bremerton, Washington for over 20 years. During his tenure at Kitsap, he held several positions with increasing responsibility, including senior vice president/chief operations officer. Dave earned his bachelor’s degree in business management at the University of Washington and his master’s degree in business administration at the University of Central Oklahoma. He served for more than 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corp Reserves, where he served as a Landing Support Specialist with the 4th Landing Support Battalion. Dave participates in dozens of community events every year, including chamber of commerce activities, teacher/community partner appreciation events, United Way and events at Tinker Air Force Base. He serves as chair of the Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation board, is on the National Association of Federally-Insured Credit Unions PAC Committee and Credit Union National Association Consumer Financial Protection Sub-Committee. He also volunteers his personal time at various non-profit organizations. In 2013, Willis was awarded the Credit Union Association of Oklahoma “Professional of the Year.”

This week's episode is with Kim Henry. Kim spent ten years in the classroom teaching Oklahoma History, Economics, Government, and AP American History. In 1999-2000 she was awarded the Close-Up Foundation’s Linda Myers Chozen Award for Teaching Excellence in Civic Education. In 2002 her husband, Brad, was elected Governor of the State of Oklahoma and Kim spent the next 8 years as first lady working to make Oklahoma number one in the nation in Early Childhood Education. Kim’s civic awards include the Award of Distinction from the OU College of Education, the Bill Lowry Library Champion Award, the Jasmine Award for her dedication to Oklahoma’s children, the National Guard Youth Champion Award, and she was a three-time honoree for the Journal Record’s 50 Most Distinguished Women. Kim has also received the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy’s Champion of Children’s Award and their Public Servant Award, the Honorary Young Mother of the Year Award, the Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year, Outstanding Woman Leader of the Year, and received the Oklahoma Teachers of the Year Vision Award for her work in education reform, and was a Festival of Hope honoree for outstanding community leadership and improving the quality of life in Oklahoma. Kim was inducted into the Oklahoma Women’s Hall of Fame in 2009. Kim has also received the NAACP Civil Rights Award and the John F Kennedy Community Service Award. She is also on the board of directors for the Bank of Oklahoma. Kim currently serves as the Executive Director of Sarkeys Foundation, a private, charitable foundation dedicated to providing support through gifts and grants to Oklahoma’s non-profit organizations. She is married to former Governor Brad Henry. They have three daughters and a son-in-law and two adorable granddaughters.

This week's episode is with Lance Seeright. Lance currently serves as the Executive Director of Le Monde International School. He brings over 22 years of educational experience to Le Monde in all facets of education from classroom experiences to leadership positions at two different schools. Before serving Le Monde, he most recently served as the principal of Santa Fe South high school for 5 ½ years, and before that he served in several different roles in Poinciana High School including self-contained Special Education classroom teacher, Dean of Students, and an Assistant Principal where he and his team took an “F” school to a “B” school. Lance holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from National Louis University. He currently serves on the board for the Community Services Building Inc. He and his wife Evonna have been married for 22 years. They have one biological daughter, Autumn, and two adopted children, Jamal and Jacqueline. Lance is an avid reader and has competed in 5 half marathons and 3 full marathons.

This week's episode is with Derrick Sier. Derrick was born in North Tulsa, Oklahoma and was raised by parents who simply wanted to love people. Whether those people were family or random neighborhood kids who needed clean clothes and a hot meal, giving love was their primary focus. In fact, Derrick’s first memory as a child was of himself stumbling through a house packed full of people who were laughing, eating, drinking, and enjoying each other’s company. Every significant memory that follows has the same feel….loving on people. Today, loving people has remained at the core of everything Derrick does. From his Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management to his Master’s degree in Theology to his company, OMOS Team Building, which means One Mind One Spirit, Derrick sincerely believes and has spent his life proving “growing together is better”. In 2021, Derrick joined the leadership team at Paradigm Shift, an organization that provides the tools and services geared specifically towards empowering students to be the leaders of tomorrow and helping educators make the most of their time with their students both inside and outside the classroom.

She held a leadership position in bringing CarePortal to our local church and to surrounding churches in Northwest Oklahoma. Angela is the owner of Hazel and Haze Lifestyle Photography where her passion for genuine, timeless, blissful images comes to life. She’s actively involved in P.E.O; Philanthropic Educational Organization that is committed to helping women pursue higher education. Angela is also the Social Media Coordinator for The One, a multi-event experience spanning through the holidays in Enid, Oklahoma, as well as a part of the Executive Team that brought the vision of The One to life. Angela and her husband Alex have been happily married for almost 10 years and currently live in Enid, OK with their two young children; Anderson (6) and Archer (2) along with the foster children they are blessed with over the past 4 years.

This week's episode is with Mike Morgan. Since first grade, Mike would pace around the playground dreaming of building a company that made tractors. As the years went on, he envisioned building a mile-tall building and a Disney-esque theme park. Mike’s ambitions were replaced by actions as he began high school. He held three jobs while completing high school at Norman North. After school, Mike attended Compass College for the Cinematic Arts and Full Sail University, where he graduated with his Bachelor’s in Film Production. After a short time working in television commercial production in New York City, Mike and his wife, Laura, moved back home to Oklahoma. Mike started Mike International and Lane Avenue Studios in 2009. in 2010, Mike was hired by Floorplan Xpress to help expand the company from four states to nationwide. Mike served as the Vice President of Operations from 2011 to 2017, increasing the Accounts Receivable from 12 million to 100 million. In 2017, Mike turned his focus back to Lane Avenue Studios and started Preflight Technologies, a custom software development firm.

Les is the Area Director for Youth for Christ, USA in Oklahoma City as well as the bombastic Gameday Host for the OSU Cowboys so you may or definitely will hear Les at a football game or basketball game serving up even more energy than the crowd, that’s the powerhouse we’re about to meet. He’s also an avid musician and author of the book Three Levels of Influence, a book on the power of mentorship.

She attended the University of Oklahoma graduating with a Bachelors in Psychology. She spent her time being involved with leadership through organizations like OU Dance Marathon and LoveWorks. Anna is currently studying Dental Hygiene at the OU College of Dentistry. She enjoys being her class Vice President, conducting student research, and serving at Good Shepherd. Upon graduation in May, she plans on working in a pediatric office where she can create a positive experience for patients and to be the difference for them. Her emphasis is on recognizing health literacy and patient education.

Courtney has been involved in ministry to teenage girls since 2001 and is the founder of I.D. Ministries, which focuses on reaching and empowering teenage girls, with the message of Christ’s love. In 2011, she felt God calling her to build a home for girls in Ghana, Africa. Together, she and her husband began working to establish The Pearl House. (thepearlhouse.org) Courtney is a public speaker and co-author of the book, “The Same Page.” Courtney serves as The Pearl House Executive Director and CEO. In addition to the many girls in Ghana, Courtney loves and adores her two precious daughters at home in Oklahoma.

This week's episode is with Noah Shaw. Noah is a junior at Bixby high school, where he is a multi-sport athlete and member of the Spartan state championship football team that is currently enjoying a 49 consecutive game winning streak. Noah maintains a 4.0 GPA and has earned a score of 31 on the ACT. Outside of school, Noah enjoys competing in triathlons and he has completed 5 half marathons. As well, Noah is a leader in the youth group at Anthem Church and has participated in missionary ventures to Mexico, Romania, Turkey, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. Noah also enjoys backpacking and trekking. He helped facilitate a multi-day trek through the desert of Big Bend National Park and he is currently training to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in March, 2022.

This week's episode is with Nathan Tate. Nathan is the associate pastor at Summit Church in Oklahoma. He serves in the areas of local and global missions. He has been in ministry for over 35 years serving as a student pastor, worship pastor, associate pastor and lead pastor. His passion in ministry is caring for people and serving those who live in the margins of life. His job allows him to partner with local and global missions partners to assist them in accomplishing their goals in their communities. Summit Church currently works with several local ministries and agencies in OKC, Norman & Newcastle. He has been married to his wife, Sharla, for almost 32 years, and he has two children, Lauren & Nicholas, and one granddaughter, Declynn. His passion for serving people in need caused he and his wife to start a foundation called Bay Island Impact. This foundation partners with missionaries in the Bay Islands of Honduras by raising funds for their ministries, sponsoring mission teams to take short-term mission trips, funding and building homes for families and other construction projects as needed, etc.

She has been married to her husband Duke since June of 2020, and they live in Norman with their two dogs, Bennie and Piper. After living in the Dominican Republic for several months, working as an intern for Makarios International, her desire to see people’s physical and spiritual needs met increased, and she joined the Development world. Cassidy joined the Water4 team in spring 2021. She was previously at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, where she served as a Programs Coordinator for the Food and Resource Center in Moore. While Allen was born in Oklahoma, his family relocated to Wyoming where they started their family business, Timco Service and Supply. Timco is an Oil field equipment supplier that now has offices in both Central Wyoming and Oklahoma City. Allen started sweeping floors and dusting shelves when he was just 10 years old. After getting married and settling down in Virginia with his wife received a call from his father to return to Wyoming to help with the family business. He knew nothing about running a business except a few classes in accounting and computers. Blessed to have a business mentor that helped see the potential and future of the company, they expanded their products and sales efforts. Allen has successfully managed the business for over 33 years, becoming a business partner in 1994. He met his wife on a high school mission trip to Guatemala and has two grown sons, one of which works in the family business. In addition to running Timco, he has also served the community as an EMT, deputy coroner and as a board member for several local non-profit organizations. He currently volunteers as a business mentor for SCORE, the largest network of free volunteer small business mentors in the nation and serves at LifeChurch Moore as an Operations Team member.
Jack's Jellies is a family run business started in 2021 by 4th grader Jack Rosas. Jack and his mother Erin spend a lot of time in the kitchen together cooking so when Erin showed Jack the process of making pepper jelly, Jack's Jellies was born. Jack's Jellies are homemade using a simple recipe, come in several flavors from smokey to sweet, and each batch is crafted with love.

This week's episode is with Mr. Sannan Khan. Sannan is a certified associate chartered accountant by education and training, and an entrepreneur by heart. He has worked as a financial analyst and in strategic roles for six years with various multinational and leading national consultancy companies. He wanted to give back to society, so he left his corporate career and started Pakistan’s first self-sustainable social startup, Foster Learning Pakistan. Foster Flagship Training is 2-month practical leadership and entrepreneurship program to socially and economically empower low income youth of Pakistan. It started from one of the very remote cities of Southern Punjab, Layyah with one group and now has completed 40 groups in over 30 cities in Pakistan, impacting over 60,000 fellows, trained by a dedicated team of 58 young enthusiasts.

Her newest endeavor is as a Co-Founder of an accelerator-backed technology startup called Made Possible By that makes giving easy for Community Minded businesses and provides a better way to share their Stories of Good. This week's episode is with Jordan Hazrati. Jordan is 26 years old and currently resides in Windsor, just West of London, England. Despite falling in love with everything ‘aviation’ from the age of 4 when she took her first flight it took until she reached the age of 21 to begin her journey into aviation. Upon finishing her schooling, she entered the performing arts industry and despite enjoying this, she couldn’t shake the thought and feeling that she was destined to be in the skies. She landed a position with a short haul leisure airline and after working out how to manage full time University studies around a full-time flying roster she began her training as an inflight crew member. But it wasn’t until she was given a trial lesson in a Cessna 152 from her parents that she gained a whole new perspective on the world, a knowledge that she was exactly where she was supposed to be. Shortly after she completed her training she was given the opportunity to work for a legacy long-haul carrier, providing even more opportunities to expand her experience. Unfortunately this is when COVID-19 began to wreak havoc on not only on her career, but the entire world. By March 2020 Jordan was laid off along with thousands of her colleagues. After facing lockdown with the rest of the world Jordan had a decision to make. If she couldn’t work for an airline, she could spend the money she’d saved to finally get her pilot's license. It was a risk but she decided to take it anyway and began flying again in October 2020. Today, Jordan is a full time master of Science student studying as a Human Factors Specialist, and student pilot.

This week's episode is with Zohaib Begg. Zohaib is a 8 year old from Ashburn, VA who has always had a great sense of appreciation and admiration for doctors and nurses. After spending a lot of time as a patient at an area hospital, he wanted to find a way to support the folks who were so helpful to him. Zohaib had the clever idea to reach out to local hotels to secure protective gear for frontline medical workers. Since the start of the pandemic, Zohaib has helped 18,000 front line workers. He was named a Youth Ambassador for the Off the Charts foundation based on his efforts since the start of the pandemic. His motto is that you can make a difference at any age.

For many years she was frustrated with the presentation of Black history in school textbooks and teaching materials as the focus is always on slavery and oppression. With the belief that what we learn at a young age shapes and impacts our worldview and level of achievement. After her daughter was born, Tiffney was reminded that children learn through play; soon after, she launched Bevy & Dave to serve as teaching tools for parents and teachers alike to share Black history through the lens of self-leadership, which focuses on achievements and contributions to our society. Tiffney has been recognized among industry peers and featured in various media platforms, including GMA3 "Second Act Showdown." Good Morning America with Strahan, Sara, and Keke and MSNBC with Stephanie Ruhle. Within Bevy & Dave’s first exhibition year, its flagship toy, the “History Makers Puzzle Block Set (HMPBS),” was a finalist for Toy of the Year Award, Rookie category, and is the winner of the 2018 Product of the Year Award by Creative Child Magazine and the 2018 Family Choice award. Prior to Bevy & Dave, Tiffney served in higher education developing student leaders as an administrator and instructor of leadership studies.

He studied Criminal Justice Administration at the University of Oklahoma, Police Science at Oklahoma State, and Family Studies at Southern Nazarene. He has a passion for serving youth in at-risk communities. He established the Family Awareness and Community Teamwork (FACT), which is a youth outreach program focusing on mentorship, building character, and empowering at-risk youth. The program reduced juvenile delinquency and involvement with the criminal justice system and earned him the title of Master Mentor. He volunteers as a facilitator and trainer of Effective Police Interactions with Youth.

Scott Martin was born and raised in Tulsa, Scott is a proud Oklahoman. After high school he attend the University of Oklahoma. With a political science degree in hand, Scott dove headfirst into public service, spending 11 years working in municipal government. He furthered his public service career by living out a dream and was honored to be elected to the Oklahoma House of Representatives for six terms. He was the epitome of a citizen legislator; working in community banking while serving in the legislative. Since June of 2017 Scott has led Norman’s premiere business advocacy organization, the Norman Chamber of Commerce.
Scott and his wife are the proud parents of four amazing children. Between church and ballfields; the entire family enjoys the outdoors, adventure, and an active lifestyle.
Andy Sherrer serves as Community Market President for First United Bank in Moore and Norman, Oklahoma where he leads a team of First United bankers that work to provide banking and wealth management solutions for clients throughout the Oklahoma City metro.
Andy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University, M.B.A. with a Finance and M.I.S. concentration from the University of Oklahoma, and the Wharton Leadership Certificate from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
Andy has served as the Chairman of the Norman with the Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Norman with the Oklahoma Planning Commission, adjunct faculty member of the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma, an ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking faculty capstone administrator, member of the Oklahoma Governor’s Business Roundtable, Chairman of the Moore-Norman Technology Center School Board, and as a Norman Regional Health Foundation Board President-Elect.
Andy has been awarded as the Mentor of the Year for the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma and the “Best Norman Banker”.
Andy currently lives in Norman with his wife, Megan, daughter, Sheridan, and son, Jackson.

This week's episode is with Katie Spotz. Katie is an American adventurer, an endurance athlete, charitable ambassador, author and world-record holder. Her accomplishments include five Ironman triathlons, cycling across the country, a 325-mile river swim, running 100 miles nonstop in under 20 hours, and the youngest solo row and only american across the Atlantic Ocean from Africa to South America. In 2020, Katie became the 1st person to run nonstop 138-miles nonstop across Maine in 33 hours, raising $26,000 for a clean water project in Tanzania. In preparations, she became the 1st woman to run nonstop across Vermont and New Hampshire. In 2020, she was awarded the Elite Female Athlete of the Year by the U.S. Coast Guard. Katie just completed her latest challenge, Run4Water. On June 21, she began her journey running 11 ultra-marathons for 11 days consecutively by running 341-miles across Ohio from Cincinnati to Cleveland, finishing on July 1st.

Liv grew up in America, but moved to her birth country, Norway, just after getting her BA degree in International Community Development in order to accept a position at a church in Bergen as a volunteer youth-worker and also worked within cosmetics, skin-care and catering. Liv worked for the next few years in various Educational Institutions where she finally earned her teaching degree while living with her husband and family on the E. Coast of Norway. In 2020, just before departure for her family's sailing adventure, Liv finished her 2-yr Post-Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) with an emphasis in the two main subjects that her Bachelor specialized in: Religious Studies and Social Studies. In Liv’s free time, she leads a mentoring group for teenage girls and together with a friend, started up a café/weekly social-gathering for young adults. Together with her husband, they have 3 active boys (ages 7, 11 & 13) who love the outdoors! Livs says she is on the most epic family adventure yet, but our next major goal is to cross the Atlantic on our Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 43ft sailboat!

She then went on to work with the Lobeck Taylor Family Foundation in Tulsa, OK to help launch the Kitchen 66 food incubator and the Mother Road Market food hall. Her work has been recognized in the Wall Street Journal, TEDx, as well as honored as the Tulsa Civic Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015. She also served as the President of the Oklahoma Incubator Association and on the board of the Oklahoma State School of Culinary Arts. Adele graduated with a B.A. in business and entrepreneurial studies from New York University. She currently lives in Tulsa with her husband, Dustin, her daughter, Amelia, and her dog, Nelly.

He attended the University of Oklahoma where he competed on their track and cross country teams. He is currently a USA triathlete at JP Elite where he dedicates all of his time and energy to the sport he loves.

In January 2013 Sophie gave it all up to create a new story. At 27 and running the commercial division at the UK's fastest-growing technology startup, she had everything society told her she should need to feel happy, but was restless. Three years later, her life has completely changed. She is now an endurance athlete, blogger, marketeer, model and motivational speaker.
