A great in-law story, followed by some comments on two books (review is too strong a description); a delightful musical interlude and then some commentary on planning.

Nothing quite gets finished and nothing is quite satisfactory: park walks, books, music composition.
Locked down for five or six weeks; what on earth do you do? Read, write, pay badly written music, listen and more....
I had wanted to avoid any deep discussion of Covid 19 in relation to me, personally. I have failed.
