Hey guys in the podcast I dive into what it takes to be a champion in life/sport and how I went about my prep for USS Strongman Nationals which was much more than physical. I ended up taking first for the entire heavyweight class (which may of been a first in the duration of the organization). There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes, and it's not cut out for the faint of heart. Whether this inspires you to keep going, or realize you are NOT cut out for this life... I believe you will find value! Enjoy
Pride, once again we dive into the archives and in this EP I just put together some similar themed messages about getting after it and just dominating your life and training. Hopefully this pumps you up whenever you listen to it! Take some action and own the day.
What up Pride, In this EP we dive into the archives! I've created over 700 youtube videos and many of them got 0 views. However I felt like some messages I put out back 5-6 years ago will still be good for you all to hear with the audience I have now. This video talks about a tip that really did/has changed my life and I encourage you all to try it, or some form of it! Enjoy.
Hey Pride, in the EP I answer a question I got on Instagram (szatstrength) about how to balance work/life/training when entering the real world and getting a job. Is there such a thing as balance when you want to be the best? How do you manage your time with a busy work schedule and also want to progress in the gym? All the answers are in this podcast. Enjoy!
What's up Pride, I had a previous guest back on the podcast Evan Transue aka Health Coach Ev. In our last episode together Evan talked about his battle with depression and anxiety (make sure you go give that a listen Ep 18). In the EP we talk more in depth on the topics, how to manage it, what are the typical causes, and how to live a better and healthier life. I think a lot of people can benefit from listening and hopefully this hits home to some of you. Enjoy!

Hey guys, here is a true story from the other week that really just rubbed me the wrong way. I've been on a branding kick, so wanted to share this with you. Try to be upfront when selling and not sneaky. It turns people off. Enjoy
Hey Pride, In this EP I talk about the biggest mistake people make when building a brand (I was guilty of this) and its focusing on the micro instead of the macro and the long term. Patience is the key ingredient to success! Enjoy make sure to share it and review it!

What's up Pride, I'm really pumped about this podcast because it features a strength icon Zack Even-Esh if you don't know who he is, you are about to find out! But to some it up, Zach inspired and mentored people like Elliott Hulse, Alan Thrall, Mark Bell, Travis Stoetzel, The Juggernaut crew myself and many more! He's a NO BS hard working kind of guy and an amazing coach. He owns The Underground Strength gym and many other Underground Strength Gym locations. I owe a lot to Zach for giving me guidance and fuel for my own gym. Make sure to listen to the podcast, and follow Zach on all platforms!

Pride,
Another EP of F.U.F in this one we talk about a mentality I can't stand that some people have. If you are ever around me and I hear you start to develope a "victim" or "Woe is me" mentality I will call you out ASAP. Too much to be grateful for, and if you don't like where you are at CHANGE IT! At the end of the day, no one cares. You are in control, you create your destiny.
Pride, What's going on?
Hope you all are having an amazing day. I got a lot of questions via IG (szatstrength) about the business. How did I get started? What insurance did I buy? Where is the biz heading? How did I pick the location etc.. So in this episode I tell you the story (it's all over the place sorry! ha!) But hopefully if you have some notes handy you can make sense of it all. Enjoy! I decided to switch up the podcast a little and on Fridays it will be Fired Up Fridays, covering a short simple topic that has more to do with characteristics of being a true Lion. I hope you enjoy. In this one, we talk about kindness. I'm always reminded by someone close to me to always be kind. I think you will enjoy these little segments each week.

This podcast was a must after the talk with Evan Transue the other week (make sure you follow him and give EP 18 a listen) I have battled depression for years, and almost lost my life to it. I also went through a traumatic experience the other day which triggered a chain of thoughts and events.

Pride,
Most successful people I have met share similar stories of growing up battling adversity. Whether it was a bad upbringing, drug addiction, or growing up poor... They overcame some obsactle to get to where they are at today. I believe that suffering and struggling builds greatness in people if they choose to overcome it. This epsiode dives deep into it, and I hope you enjoy.
Pride,
Very simple topic to cover... Get comfortable with the uncomofrtable. As I finished up USS strongman nationals I had some relfecting thoughts that I wanted to share with you from an athlete perspective, and just in general.
Enjoy

Pride,
This episode is the meat and backbone to this whole podcast. We hear the term "Alpha" get thrown around a lot. What does being an alpha actually mean? Are you an alpha? In this episode I talk about what being an alpha means to me. I talk about the charcateristics an alpha would have. See if this aligns with you. What areas can you work on? Being a true alpha is hard and takes work.
Best,

What is going on? We are growing. Over 1,300 downloads so far. This is amazing. In this podcast I talk about something that kills successful people. Don't let this kill your success. Keep an open mind. Always keep growing and learning. Do not shut out opportunities because you are afraid of them. Keep the doors open. Hope you enjoy this episode, share it with your friends and family!
In this journey with you.

What's up Pride?
A few months back I had the pleasure of doing this Q&A with my friend/strength coach Alan Thrall. He is the owner of Untamed Strength in Sacramento CA. If you haven't seen him he looks like a mixture of Jesus, and a heavy metal viking.
-He has built a successful powerlifting, and strongman gym from scratch.
-Build a youtube channel with over 455 THOUSAND subscribers.
-Established himself as a great online coach and coach for Barbell Medicine
-He is STRONG & megestic
Hes someone I really respect because he walked the talk and created a gym from scratch which is what I am currerntly doing now. In this podcast we talk about his background, how Untamed Strength came to be, and the troubles along the way.
He has also been writing my program as I'm competing in USS Strongman Nationals June 30th.
So if you enjoy business, strength training, or just a good story of going against the odds... LISTEN UP!
Longer, but all worth it.
Enjoy

This podcast is so simple and can totally change your life, production levels, and make you grateful to be alive. If you choose to implement these morning rituals you may even feel more purpose in your every day life.
I sat down late one night and went through tons of morning rituals all successful people stated they do. I then made categories and picked up the most commons ones that stood out.
I don't do all of these, but I do implement more than half.
If you want to start kicking today in the nuts then you will listen and execute.
Enjoy
What's cooking Pride!
This podcast is blowing up, and I've never had more drive and fire than I do now. You guys are my oxygen.
I think you will like this episode as it's my first ever episode with a guest. This guest is someone who is very special to me.
My younger brother Nick.
We are very different, in fact... probably complete opposites. That is in my opinion what makes us click so well. Hes the ultimate counter part to my personality.
In this EP we talk about super heros and how we can become our own super heros. Enjoy and give some feedback on what you think of this episode.
Hey Pride,
In this podcast I get a little fired up and heated over social media and how it's painting the wrong picture for entreprenuers. Everyone these days shows you only what they want you to see, and not what is actually reality. We scroll through our instagrams and facebooks and all it shows us is highlight reels.
People seem to think they can just quit their job and become millionaires overnight just because they see others claiming to do so.
The reality is, that probably won't happen. It takes so much hard work, effort, sleepless nights, going broke, and grinding your way to the top.
Do not be fooled by what you see others posting. If you choose to make the leap of faith, I suggest you have a solid plan before doing so (which I talk about in this podcast).
Enjoy

How are we all doing? In this episode (which is a 2 parter) I will tell you guys a story of the 2 times I quit in life, and how they were different. One was me taking the easy way out, and the other was my hearts true calling. I hope this episode can help some one you who may want to quit something in your life. Maybe it your job, a relationship, a team, or even dropping out of school.
Enjoy!
