I feel like everyones tell you to hire help.
You’re an entrepreneur and you need to focus on what’s most important, and hand off a lot of the “work” that’s bogging down your day.
I get that – for sure. But I battled with it. I would dip my toe in to outsourcing things to get help, and I wouldn’t LOVE my experience, so I would dip my toe back out.
