Chelsea teaches in Rigolet, which is one of five communities that can be found within the Nunatsiavut Land Claims Region. Nunatsiavut is an area in Labrador primarily made up of Inuit beneficiaries who have been innovative for hundreds of years. When Chelsea refers to culture, she is referring to her and her students' Inuit culture.
