This is old forgotten recording of Nick Dunton Live Pa from party MINIMAL NATION 11, 12.07.2008.
THE 65D MAVERICKS aka SPIRIT/EBULLITION
Duet wydał szereg płyt nakładem najpopularniejszych wytwórni prezentujących szeroko pojmowane techno (m.in.
W 2007 roku ujrzały światło dzienne pierwsze nowe produkcje, nagrane już solo - m.in. split-EP z Makatonem i doskonały utwór electro "Wire Tap". Nick w planach ma wskrzeszenie tymczasowo nieaktywnych Surface i Inceptive; pierwszą nowowydaną pozycją ma być składanka zatytułowana "A Tribute To Richard Polson".
Występy live Nicka to pełne dynamiki, surowe techno, czerpiące pełnymi garściami z electro i IDM.

we are back! raw & awesome mix from @djphyc WTB Guest Podcast #113 PHYC
PHYC is based in Amsterdam, a city that has most welcomed him throughout the years and were he feels truly at home. Ever learning and evolving from a scene that remains focused as the years go by, PHYC has appropriated the mixing style of fast and raw sounds into his sets to deliver energetic sets, that work not just the body but also the mind with sounds and atmospheres that challenge the perception of the listener. Passing through clubs in London like Ministry of Sound, Aquarium and Rolling Stock the search for a harder and faster style with more groove and unexpected sounds has brought him to the Dutch capital. In Amsterdam, he played in Claire, 8sixA, John Doe and Club Atelier. Although the pandemic years brought some time for reflection and thought, the Portuguese DJ decided to join the Pineapple Project where he curated the project “The New Switcheroo” that brought a light to the techno music and its place in the world, through livestreaming in different locations across Portugal. Also playing in their illegal raves in the Noord as well as Club Atelier, a crew he feels most welcomed by and a part of the family. He also created the UNNOTED podcast series that aims to shine a light on less known artists in Amsterdam and abroad, with an aim on more extended sets, peak time energy is the idea behind all guests sets. Working on improving the production output, the studio has kept him busy on creating his own material and releases are a future that is much looked out for.

Katowice's DJ None (a.k.a. N.One) stepped onto the scene at the young age of 16, playing in Polish hardcore/punk bands Against All Odds and ConfrontAction. A few years later, he fell in love with the punk spirit of rave music and started spinning records. From the beginning, he was an active member in several major Polish music collectives, including the minimal techno and electro-focused Minimalna Prawda and Neotronika. In the meantime, fascinated by the sounds of drum and bass, he founded the JungleTroll DJ/promotion crew; in 2005, the crew was reborn under a new name, Neuropunks, and they continue to promote D&B parties in Southern Poland to this day and hosted such DJ guests as, Kiko, Mayhem, Sabre, Axiom, Fierce, Silent Witness or Vicious Circle. At the moment, N.One is best-known for fun, wild sets which combine the best of electro-house, D&B, dubstep, heavy bass, UK funky, and anything else he's feeling at the moment. To push this new Future Bass genre forward, he's teamed up with DJs Razor Radish and Haku to create a new squad called 3UNLTD. Their fresh monthly party, Heavy, which took only a few times is now one of the most awaited party in Katowice where he lives. N.One has played throughout Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, and the UK, sharing stages with Kero (US), Apparat (DE), Kemal (UK), Corrupt Souls (US), Phace (DE), Black Sun Empire (NL), Jackmaster (UK), Star Eyes (US), Tomb Crew (UK), Jeff Mills (US), Crystal Castles (US), Kry Wolf (UK), and many, many more. Right now with producers duo Penera, they run a label Potop Records.
Welcome back folks! Heres new podcast Null Respekt. https://soundcloud.com/nullrespekt dive into techno relatively recentcy, around June 2020. Initially fascinated by industrial music (which is not a surprise considering his "metal roots"), he gradually began to learn about other genres of techno. His style can be described as a mixture of "flying techno" straight from the Pole Group, Illegal Alien Records, MORD or Hayes, spiced up with a pinch of Michal Jablonski, "Kolumbowie techno" and British Murder Boys…, however one of the most important things, like the icing on the cake, his special secret ingredient is that he has no respect for any conventional rules. It doesn't matter at all if it's hip-hop, disco or a Eurovision hits, if something sounds really good it's worthy of attention and sharing. TL DRIADA - Lull Kill AWB - Pukao (Feat. Manent) Sons Of Hidden - Lamento Reeko - Weak Spots Crime as Service - Zinc Roll Dann - Deuda bw- It Feeds Itself Eleck - Propane Hiroaki Iizuka - Emphasis Tekra - Strictly Forbidden Planetary Assault Systems - Bang Wap Antony Doria -TES Ipman - Constrict Perfo - Knights and Pawns Conrad Van Orton - Outsiding Peg - Brillos Vertical Spectrum - Była na katarchora Lewis Fautzi - Stimulated Desorption Michel Lauriola - Listening to you Antonio De Angelis - Level Lars Huismann - Aquila Anthony Tring - Vivacity Crime as Service - Dark Hydrus Exium - Low-pressure Discharge Endplate - Αzarath XHEI - Magmatica Fixon - Tesie (Conrad Van Orton Remix) Åre:gone - I've Never Felt That Before PL Null Respekt swoją przygodę z techno zaczął stosunkowo niedawno, bo mniej więcej w czerwcu 2020 r.
Great to host Ferskja on our podcast series. Im very glad to put this mix today and present Ferskja to you all. Have fun and happy NYE. QBS is Warsaw based Dj whose daily job is UI/UX designer. Kuba explores and promotes deeper sounds of electronic Warsaw scene since 2003. He was involved in projects like Deep We Can or Przyjaciele w tańcu earlier and dype crew until 2017. In 2019 he started his own IMPRO series at famous afterhour club Luzztro, promoting there best polish live act artists like Private Press, Jacek Sienkiewicz, Michał Wolski, Piotr Figiel and Kuba Sojka, Marek Nalikowski, bios. What makes Qbs impressive as a selector is the way he mixes deep, sometimes moody but groovy techno with minimal flavour and acid on top. He gets bored soon by just sticking to one style, so you never know what to get when he plays. He just does not limit himself to one genre. During his enormous DJ career he shared decks with many great selectors including Etapp Kyle, Zenker Brothers, Skeemask, Stenny, Dj Fett Burger, Prins Thomas, Nur Jaber, James Ruskin, Steve Bicknell, Efdemin, Deniro, Eric Cloutier, Antigone, Vril, Konstantin, Edward, Legowelt, Objekt, Barker, Move D, Inigo Kennedy, Truss, Vitalic Live, Redshape Live, Dark Sky, Simian Mobile Disco, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Jamie xx, Marco Resmann, Sebo K, Wighnomy Brothers, Andrey Pushkarev…

Special end of the year podcast with Tresor legend MAD MAX HAPPY NYE ! Enjoy Special end of the year podcast with Tresor legend MAD MAX HAPPY NYE !
DJ Mad max began his official DJ activity on 8th February 1983 at 370 Club in Pforzheim, Germany. There he played all styles of the music as a resident DJ until 1985: Funk, Jazz, Rock, Reggae, New Wave, Punkrock, Electro, Soul, House and Classics. In 1985 he spent the equivalent of 4 months on Ibiza during the whole summer, which he repeated 1986 and 1987. Thus he was considerably coined, which is again reflected today still in his tribal percussion in his own productions. Also when presenting one very often hears the percussive elements with him. In March, 1988 he moved then to Barcelona as a resident DJ in the Fibra Optica Club, in order to then further-tighten in July 1988 to Sitges into the 8,000-capacity seizing open air discotheque "Atlantida" as a resident. In this time the record dealer came from Chicago and Canada to Spain to supply the DJs with newest house and acid records. When Mad Max returned to Germany in the autumn of 1988, it struck him into the province to South Germany. There he became resident in Sigmarigen until 1991. He went back to Pforzheim building a discotheque back after for a large entrepreneur and to lead. Max one built thus the Opera Club in Pforzheim and organized there also Parties with Sven Väth, Paul van Dyk, Gloria Gaynor live, Vitamin X, and much more besides. In this year he therefore had no time to play as DJ. But it changed as a resident DJ in the year 1993 into the new "Opera" to Leipzig, where it was also responsible for the Booking and the advertisement. There he played regularly on Saturday to July 1997. In February 1994 it began for the first time also as producer and moderator of the techno-music show "Stunde Null" (Zero Hour) with Radio NRJ Saxonia. Until December 1997 Mad Max produced altogether 146 transmissions live, among them with guests such as Laurent Garnier, Sven Väth, Dr. Motte, Hatch Slater and many, many more. Already 1995 Mad Max became also monthly resident DJ at Tresor Berlin. In January 1998 he switched to the label Tresor Records.

Well. here's next episode of the series and everything i have to say about this one is THATS ONE OF MY FAVORITES from Guest Series Podcast. Hats off Mila Steiner Mila Steiner is a Berlin based producer and DJ who’s extremely passionate about electronics in all its forms, one of those being electronic music which she has taken a great interest in since she was a child, often listening to early rave music radio shows and mixtapes that focused mainly on techno, new beat, EBM and acidcore.
Mila soon become heavily influenced by the techniques of ‘musique concrete’, a form of music composition that utilizes recorded sounds as raw material where they’re often modified through the application of audio effects and tape manipulation techniques. Eventually Mila began to include more and more hardware in her experiments including synthesizers, drum machines, samplers and other electronic machinery, any element to create raw and distorted sounds, addictive bass lines and banging broken drums.
She’d also become a very accomplished DJ by now, mixing tracks with the same characteristics infused within her own productions. Artists such as JoeFarr, Ayarcana, Scalameriya and UVB are amongst her favourites.
All this eventually led to Mila being invited to play at many noted events around Europe and America, after which she decided to create her own independent label ‘9ravesnuff’. This project, which focuses on techno and industrial sounds with that feeling that characterized her early work, has seen her receive major support from many respected artists including Perc, Randomer and Insolate amongst others. https://soundcloud.com/milasteiner https://www.facebook.com/milasteinerofficial/ https://www.instagram.com/milasteiner_official/ https://www.residentadvisor.net/dj/milasteinerakatransduktor https://www.songkick.com/artists/9997794-anst

Matt Flack aka G3CKO discovered his passion for turntables & mixing vinyl. Through a friend who used to mix Hip Hop in the late 80s. This then developed in a very personal way, by discovering the sounds coming out of Detroit & Chicago at around the same time. Artists like Innercity, Steve Silk Hurley, Farley Jackmaster Funk were hitting the charts in the UK. So this sound of a fresh hypnotic dance groove was beginning to have an impact on his mind. Also the UK rave explosion of acts like LFO, 808 State, Nightmares on wax & more. Were increasing a personal intrigue into this brand new dynamic of music & rave culture. At around 1990 he experienced his first regular club on a weekly basis through the sounds & selection of Dj SY (Venus Notts). The beginning of a new era and direction had started to breath life. From 1990 - 93 in his own city of Nottingham through venues like Venus, Marcus Garvey Centre, and raves around the Midlands Area. The sound of Techno music was having a huge personal impact on preference of exactly where he was heading. During this period he also got his first Turntables, buying records & trying to mix. Spending hours around the record shops, meeting like minded people & spending every bit of money on vinyl. The addiction had begun! Also he had played some parties in Nottingham & Derby so the experience for playing behind the speakers was a new adventure for sure. During the second half of the 90s & early 2000s he was privilaged to discover 2 clubs Orbit & Atomic Jam. This is where the true sound of techno from all the great artists was being heard. Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, Dave Angel, Andrew Weatherall, Thomas Heckmann, Robert Hood, Aphex Twin etc etc. And yet again these experiences were profound. Then and now this remains deep and emotional memories, and a defining era in his personal music make-up as an individual. G3CKO also ran his podcast channel Reptilian Transmission on Fnoob Techno Radio for 3 years. But now focuses solely on Solemne Records label, which he co founded with Cyd & Clefomat in 2018.

Hello. We are extremely happy to host Ida on our series. Ida have proper skillz and selection. Thats hell of a mix!
Ida Mandato was born in a little village of Calabria, Southern Italy, in 1989. Seduced by music and by art in general, she moved to Rome where she got the possibility to open herself to many new experiences. There, she attended a bachelor degree in Art History and, at the same time, she took her path behind the board. She made her debut with Female Cut Crew in 2013 and she began to work with Animal Social Club, becoming resident DJ after a year. In that period, she gradually developed her technique and the ability to express herself through music, becoming increasingly notorious and admired in the underground clubs in Rome firstly, then across Italy and Europe. At that moment, she started to travel between Rome and Berlin, enhancing her sound with the impeccable taste typical of the Eternal City, ranging from ambient, experimental and dark techno to the raw and violent sounds of industrial, inspired by the modern and fervent Berlin. She is a resident of the project Risonanza and she has dozens of important collaborations like the one with the Front 242 ,under her belt always succeeding to make her mark. From 2017 to 2019 she began her studies and graduated first in Electronic Music Producer, then as Sound Engineer. links: https://soundcloud.com/idamandato https://www.facebook.com/IdaMandatoDj

An avid fan of countless producers, he has long worked on building relationships with artists, promoters and figures across the world, and has subsequently developed a podcast series that is seeing an impressive rise in popularity. We are very happy because our #58 Guest Podcast is well known Ethan Fawkes from Belgium! Listen carefully! Ethan Fawkes is a multi-genre electronic music producer, DJ, singer and live performer based in Tilff, Belgium. He’s known for his charismatic presence and combat ready style on stage, comfortably playing anywhere from raves to clubs or shows and festival stages with his signature sound which is a masterclass in unmistakably powerful and personal tracks. His unique vision and tireless work ethic are evidenced by a growing catalogue of original EPs, LPs and remixes for top international labels, winning the respect of his peers, the adoration of fans, and the full attention of DJs and dance floors worldwide. Growing up in the 90’s he loved listening to grunge and metal bands like Nirvana and Sepultura. This inspired him to learn the guitar. He then got engulfed into 90’s rave, techno, EBM, electro, acidcore, industrial and dark ambient music which ultimately led him to accumulate hardware to fuel this new electronic fire within. Inspired by these sounds and from the huge influence of his favourite artists like The Horrorist, Al Ferox, Nitzer Ebb, T99, Quadrophonia and The Hacker, he started DJing around 1995 and eventually creating his own brand of menace in 2001. Since he started producing his releases have appeared on many outstanding labels including Dancefloor Killers, Kobayashi Recordings, Qubiq Records and Fnoob Digital. Ethan’s production skills are so insane that he’s been relentlessly recruited to remix artists including The Horrorist, Al Ferox, Clemens Neufeld, Delectro and LADO. Frequent collaborations with artists like Danny Casseau often take form and his guest vocals appear on various other releases. Previously 95% of Ethan’s time was mainly taken up with mixing and sound engineering which was sometimes a real pain. Now it’s 95% composition and creativity which has made him a much more in depth producer who’s comfortable in his own shoes and has become a truly talented artist in his own right from following in the footsteps of his peers. His future plans include launching new label Nu Body Records with Fabrice Torricella and putting out many more releases on other impeccable labels.

Warsaw Torture Boyz Guest Podcast #51 by Nomad, RIOT Radio Records. MON’ the RIOT! Nomad has recorded an awesome mixed style podcast for WTB, really interesting and pumpin one! Hope You are all ready for this!
Nomad aka Mike Anderson is the creator of all things RIOT and one of the four resident DJs here. Devoted to music from a very young age, he was hugely influenced by artists like Depeche Mode, Iron Maiden, & John Williams before discovering UR, Plus +8, The Mover, Orbital, Acid Junkies, Miss Djax and Oliver Chesler. Not forgetting DJs Twitch & Brainstorm from Edinburgh’s immortal Pure club who were instrumental to him in more ways than he can shake a stick at. Nomad started DJing in 1990 with a pair of basic hi-fi turntables and a double cassette deck, moving onto technics 1210s a few years later. Before the 1210s came along he was making tracks with a friend, armed with loads of analog machines including a full Roland set up and effects pedals on loan from EGEBAMYASI. An unfortunate series of events led to him selling his gear, with his beloved TR909 reluctantly being sold to some dude called Neil Landstrumm, who went on to do quite well for himself apparently. Nomad’s DJing skills were quickly noticed and gigs at Pure, Sativa, Camel Beats, Tresor & others were a regular occurrence. In 2000 he took up residency at Edinburgh’s legendary ‘Dogma’ where he helped shape the infectious club with his rampant track selection and mixing style. A recent residency at ‘Unseen’ saw him change direction, craving something other than DJing in clubs. Six months later in February 2015 he spawned RIOT, incorporating radio shows and record labels under the names of ‘RIOT’ an ‘a quiet RIOT’, all awesomely assisted by the genius skills of his partners in crime Neil Templar, randomDisco and Brainstorm. With the shows in full swing, labels launched with its releases creating a grand stir in the techno community, and currently working on new material, Nomad is in full overdrive.
Techno radio shows and labels "RIOT" and "a quiet RIOT" based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Run by Nomad and Neil Templar, ably assisted by randomDisco.

Warsaw Torture Boyz proudly presents this great podcast by SCENEDRONE. Hailing from Waterford, (IE) Scenedrone has developed quite a reputation in the Irish techno scene over the past 4 years. Starting producing as Luke Creed (his real name) at the young age of 17, he has made a name for himself not only as A DJ, but also as an outstanding producer, leading to him to his current Industrial techno sound. Scenedrones DJ sets and productions have a distinctly dark and industrial yet experimental sound, that will be sure to keep the dancefloor moving.
As well as playing many gigs on a national level, Scenedrone has played many gigs overseas, sharing the stage alongside techno heavyweights Ansome, Plukkk, Keepsakes, Interferon, Swarm Intellegence and his proudest moment, supporting Neil Landstrumm just this April.
Scenedrone is also the owner and founder of the famous record label "Variance", where he has signed many great artists such as Drvg Cvltvre, Paul Birken, Casper Hastings, Mael, Ansome, Blurred Boy, Interferon, Ingen, Mickey Nox, Johan Platt, Kamikaze Space Programme, Henge and OLVR/KCRA to name a few! Heres new & fresh live from TOBIAS SCHMIDT We are very excited, thats a real bomb. Grab It!
Tobias Schmidts' techno was born in Scotland in the 1990's where he was lucky enough to be part of the legendary Sativae and Test club nights. His first 2 eps for Telepathic and Sativae were made after borrowing Neil Landstrumms' drum machines and desk for a week in 1995. Numerous releases have followed for labels such as Scandinavia, Tresor, Input-Output, Disko-B, Drought, Nest, Feinwerk and Don't that have earnt him a loyal underground following for his disturbed, intense and colourful style. Playing techno live from hardware has always been the number one thing from the beginning and hes played all over the world, mostly, with his comrades and peers such as Subhead, Landstrumm, Vogel and Tarrida, as well as supporting his techno hero Suburban Knight.

This time we are presenting You producer from Macedonia Order Of The Muffin. This podcast contains tracks composed and produced by Order of The Muffin. If You dont know him yet, its worth to hear it!
Nikola Zhevairovski aka Order Of The Muffin (OOM) comes from Skopje, Macedonia, a small country that pulsates in the centre of the Balkans, where he was repeatedly inspired over the years to displace his appendages on the dance floor to the sounds of various Macedonian artists. Their influences together with those of multitude of other global Electronic artists took him to the point where he himself started to experiment with sounds and to create his own tracks that in his words, hopes to only stimulate release of positive energy and erupt passion in other open-minded and mischievous entities as himself.

WARSAW TORTURE BOYZ proudly presents exclusive live by SUBHEAD!
Jason Leach founded Subhead with Phil Wells (RIP) in the early 1990s who, together with Jamie Lidell for several of the early releases, went on to become one of the most loved techno acts ever created. As part of Subhead and as a solo artist, Jason Leach stands on a discography of well over 100 records.
“Shrugging off self-promotion and magazine coverage adds to their anonymity while intense live-performances have built devoted followings worldwide for anyone seeking Art on the right angle: Punk rock while pure Techno. Originally meeting in Shoreditch East London as dispatch riders, their melding of minds cranked up the Subhead warehouse party circuit in 1995 while giving birth to the Subhead label (appropriately aboard a Russian nuclear submarine) and notorious studio sessions.
Subhead‘s embrace and strangulation of hard-edged technology falls into no category or school, dropping only hints at Hip-Hop, Breakbeat, Freestyle and Electro backgrounds besides the obvious Techno functions. Subhead deeply delivers scalding but quirky and pumping raw funk-powered Hip-Hop hi-hat battles for the speaker phreaks. The music is as abstract as the people behind it with do-it-yourself indie-know-how letting the tracks speak for themselves. Subhead‘s art attack breaks the dancefloor standards with everything between sampladelic freestyle and raucous bottomline Techno. Unbelievable while totally understandable.” Tresor Berlin

WARSAW TORTURE BOYZ PROUDLY PRESENTS THE 40TH GUEST PODCAST BY SUBHEAD!
Jason Leach will play live on OUT OF SYNC #3 / Projekt LAB / Poland 23.09
inSANE Warsaw Torture Boyz Guest Podcast #39 by https://soundcloud.com/sane-1-1 ! Sane is Russell Burnell, he has produced many of the world's most successful dance acts, had several number one hit singles, toured globally playing major stadium events and is a compulsive liar. He was born in 1936 and fought for the Swiss in ww2 as the pilot of a dirigible where his experiences of lateral drift and uncomfortable rhythmic swaying against a background of loud regular bangs began to form the basis of ideas for a new form of music, which he later invented and named techno. Unfortunately he died of a crab bite in 1972 but a memorial to his competence can still be seen if you look closely enough.
Four new tracks (marked with *'s) were written specifically for this set, thanks to WTB, hope you enjoy...

Wackin ,Jackin ,Bangin Warsaw Torture Boyz Guest Podcast #38!
https://soundcloud.com/djzemigl is a dude! He's mainly a DJ, and started as such, but he also produces this sort of silly, and sometimes brutal, funky noise which he calls Techno. He started more seriously around 91-92.. (as a producer around 94-95). Very quirky style of mixing from all avenues of techno.. never too serious or dark, Proper Party mode is Always ON! Rave ON!
Dj Zé Mig.L has probably been the most active and internationally known Portuguese techno producer during the latest years, who's underground activities have been carrying his country's name throughout all the corners of the world. Although known to many mainly by his countless productions, but it is as a DJ that his name and skills speak louder. He Spins a very own blend of hard, straight , minimal (not the wimpy stuff), tribal, chicago, booty, wonky techno with a unique groove, with a very peculiar and personal style. The main essence behind his sets is hard funkness, bringing an unexplainable mood to his audience, whether it's with the strong and faster side, or with the funky "get yo rump' on tha dance floor" needed for everyone to give their body shakin'. With his unique take on Djing he gives birth to a full-on experience based on creating a travel through different sounds and shades of techno, yet seamlessly blending different styles like the getho with the minimal and the tribal, making it altogether an intensive experience by nature ("3 decker" alert). He could briefly be described as a very creative and improvising DJ who makes the essence of his sets come straight out of his heart (And what a twisted one!), having a very unique characteristic style of top quality mixing with considerable high speed (see the resemblance between him and the russian MIG plane?), but mainly its just jolly good fun checking the huge amount records he's able to pile after spinning a "simple" 2h set!! During the daytime I am mild mannerd Co-Owner of MK2, a shop dedicated 100% to electronic gear for DJs and Producers. Rentals of equipment for partys and big events. Also we teach Basic DJing and Full on Music Production. http://www.www.mk2zone.com/ That's ma shop's website!

https://soundcloud.com/ukt-apa : The underworld experience, exclusively for an exclusive target group. Creating something else than everybody else, that is how you could describe his work. The meaning of his name, or could it be an abbreviation, is a mystery to many. If you see him mastering the black gold in the club, you will surely experience an individual sound. In clubs you will find him to be raw, rough, with a boost and definitively not commercial. Stylistically it is all Techno. In order to give his mysterious work and his followers a forum, he founded his own record label and together with like-minded people he publishes Techno like only life itself can shape it. Is this old school or maybe an entirely new interpretation of Techno, almost to the level of experimental Nirvana? The sound definitely takes many directions and we are be excited where it might take us.

Dj. T.A.G / Tresor / Berlin
Born in 1980, defined by influences from the 80s New Wave sound and the dark synth-pop (Depeche Mode), he found his way quickly to electronic music. In 1997 T.A.G. began collecting the corresponding equipment for the task and with enthusiasm began spinning records.
From 1997-1999 his sound took on the Detroit/Techno/Minimal style and thereafter the influence of Tresor Records’ artists such as Cristian Vogel and Neil Landstrumm helped him develop his current Brighton techno sound. Starting in 1999 he began to get regular bookings and also through his own parties Ton-Art he gained a name for himself regionally.
After several years and successful gigs, in 2003 he played in Tresor New Faces night which gave him the incentive to try out for the Tresor Award. Ultimately he was selected among the top three by demonstrating his mixing and sound technique.
In 2007 T.A.G. was made an official member of the Headquarters team and in 2009 a resident DJ in Tresor.
But in 2005 T.A.G. also had production plans. Before long he also had decided to build his own small studio in order to be able to transfer his individual sound to a live format for presentation. In the last few years he has been able to share this live experience with audiences atvarious events and clubs.
Trying to find a laptop in his live-gig set-up would be hard because he sets up completely with hardware so that each performance there is something to see and watch. That makes an exciting live gig with breaking techno beats together with abstract synth sounds, and embellished with live vocals.

With great pleasure Warsaw Torture Boyz presents this special Guest Podcast #26. by TOBIAS SCHMIDT, an artist who had big influence to the techno scene and other artists. nothing to say more. all tracks written by Tobias Schmidt.
A recent 12" on Jerome Hills' label Don't, "Call the Fucking Cops" sees Schmidt back on form and ready for more. This live studio recording made in july 2015 is 100% brand new music made over the last few months.
