The Misor Akay Fund, developed by Resilient.PH Collaborators, was one of only 2 finalists in the recently concluded first ever Climate Resilience Challenge of the Oscar M. Lopez Center. For our pilot conversation we will be going back to basics. How do disaster management scholars define resilience? And why is it important to correct people’s understanding of the term.
