The story of Paradise Earth Resort is an Awakening and Discovery story of LTHS, arising from a long string of accidents, failures and coincidences, including Tucos, the restaurant which forced me into a being chef, then attacked me through years of suffering and drama to produce the LTHS discovery, by sheer, miraculous accident and coincidence, as I used computer programming skills from my prior career to try to get to the source of all my failures, disappointments and unhappiness.
