June 15 marked the first day college coaches were able to initiate contact with the 2022 class. It was a big day in the Carolinas as 8 in South Carolina and 15 in North Carolina all received offers. Here we go through each player, their game and their offers as well as add in 5 players, from each state, coaches should take a serious look at, who did not get offers.

Penny Collins is heading into his 3rd season as the Head Basketball Coach at Tennessee State. Last year his team doubled the year 1 win total with only 2 players returning from the previous roster.
