I was playing around a while back and came up with this mashup. I took samples from the 1992 dance music classic “Age of Love” (by Jam & Spoon), and mashed them into “Waiting for the Sun” by Donna Marie. Here is the result. It has been a while since I’ve played with Ableton Live, but the other week I started to get back into it just as a side thing. It really has been a while since I got my hands dirty with Ableton Live and over the easter long weekend I had some spare time. I just started playing around with an idea and this is what happened. I’ve mashed up “Broken” by DJ Zombi with “Metal and Dust” by London Grammar. You can take a listen (and free download) right here on SoundCloud.
So here it is… the final instalment of Universal Language that will air on Afterhours.FM (at least for now).
