Alex Peck held off the hottest driver of the Northwest Focus Midget series Nick Evans and won the Chuck Evans memorial at Skagit Speedway. This is Pyles Motorsports first win and Alex's first dirt win and sets them up great for a really busy 5 nights of racing in the next 2 weeks.
Cam Smith keeps up on his strong season picking up his 3rd win at Skagit Speedway this year setting himself up really well for the next two weeks when the ASCS National tour comes to town for the Brownfield and Dirt Cup.

Shaun was down in the wet sloppy infield and talked to a lot of the podium drivers on the final day. Under the circumstances of a pandemic with social distancing and no spectators it was great all the support Paul and the family at Deming Speedway got to run the 2020 Clay Cup Nationals with full advertised payout and it was a huge night for Change Crum.

Everson, WA | 7/17/20 - The first night of Clay Cup was a fun hard night of racing. Teams were busy getting ready and drawing in and getting track packed in so I just did victory lane interviews. Hear from 600 winner Chance Crum, 600 restricted winner Tyler Conley, and the podium in the Jr sprints Drake Hadlock, Ryan Bright, and Cooper Anderson. It’s always so fun to talk to the little guys and hear them answer your questions cause you never know if your going to get a one word answer or a long answer or an unexpected answer and with 2 new drivers up there it was fun. I owe Clennon Holloway an interview as somehow I missed him out front but there is always tonight as by far that was the race of the night on Night 1.
